INTRODUCTION
In the advancing world now, technology had been revolitionized since the first computers Z1 Computer invented by Konrad Zuse in 1936 until now we got the most advanced computers ever invented by humans. But every technology got its pros and cons including the computers technology. As many did not aware that computers is the most biggest contributor of pollution nowadays and many wonders how those computers that runs silently in our house or office can pollute the world. 5. Increase online security measures through the use of firewalls, anti spyware and antivirus software to reduce the ever increasing levels of e-waste on the net. 6. Individual Green Computing involves power management by individual users. It also involves cutting off power supply to peripherals like scanners and printers. 7. Put laptops in “sleep” mode when not being used. 8. Green Computing also involves disposal of old hardware responsibly. 9. Buy Energy Star labelled monitors, desktop, laptops, and printers. The “Energy Star” devices can be programmed to “power-down” to a low power state when they are not being used, helping you save energy and run cooler which helps them last even longer.

CONCLUSION
Based on research that had been conducted, the green computing will help decrease our polution rate and lowering the chance of green house effect as nowadays the world has became the victim of our actions and technology.
As stated in the Harnessing Green IT –Principles and pratice written by San Murugesan, “Green IT is an economic, as well as an environmental, imperative. Greening IT is and will continue to be a necessity, not an option. Green IT represents a dramatic change in priority in the IT industry.
