Ms Cutter’s views of the current workplace can become a dilemma as certain laws may object to her approach towards her organisation; hence why strategic roles of the business must be applied particularly for Bytes Electronics to ensure that organisations comply with laws and guidelines.

3. Advantages of HRM
3.1 Cost and Time Effectiveness
One advantage of HRM is that it can be cost and time effective for an organisation. Time is a crucial asset and by becoming more cost/time effective, it can greatly benefit the organisation’s performance. HRM can effectively reduce expenditure on certain aspects of the business such as training and development through hiring professionally experienced employees to work in a position where they are familiar with; this will drastically reduce the initialisation stage of the employee and commence employment as soon as possible (Mukherjee 2012). With efficient and effective training methods for employees, it can drastically change the overall business performance and time management of an organisation.
