When Guns Get into Wrong Hands
Introduction
Over the years in the United States of America, there has been a lot of gun violence especially in the past couple of years. With so many lives being affected because of gun violence it is the people?s mission to explore ways we can minimize the gun violence and keep our communities safe for everyone. Is there a correlation between the laws that we have for gun control and do they promote gun violence in our communities? Whether it?s being caught in crossfire in poor communities such as the projects or it is a person committing a terrible act of violence we have to start to have laws that prohibit gun violence.
Amendment Rights
Of course, there are people that do not want to have a law that ban the firearms because they believe in the second Amendment. The second amendment of the United States Constitution states: ?A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.? It is part of the constitution and it is how our culture was developed. Our citizens want to have their rights of carrying firearms to protect themselves in need of help.
The president can never make a law that will ban people from committing terrible acts like school shootings. There is steps we can take to decrease the chances of school shootings by having better background checks for every gun that is sold, we…
