The three personal training sessions including realization of new member’s goal and what he/she wants to achieve; customized introduction to various exercises equipments and Consultation on how to achieve their goals.
The three guide books are written by the group’s professionals containing information at 1. Nutrition with healthy food recipes; exercise and physiology; and a journal/training diary for setting goals and tracking and planning the training.
Member’s benefits
The club will provide new member an introduction session and assessment and one-off customized work-out program. And provide recommendations on lose weight, sports, strengthen cardio ability, muscle building, enhance cardiac health and overall fitness. The advisor/trainer will consult the new customer to determine which program suits the needs best and conducting on-site demonstration of correct exercises and using equipment.
The club claimed that they will provide free fitness checks so the customer can aware of their own improvements.
