This company has over 50,000 employees and operates in more then 70 Countries including North America, Central & South America, Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. Halliburton consists of two company divisions-(1) Drilling and Evaluation and (2) Completion and Protection This paper will go over the various aspects of Management planning within Halliburton.

The highest Operational responsibility is the Chief HSE Officer who works close with the SD and HSE committee to make sure company policies are up to date and monitor’s the compliance of company wide policies. Performance is shared by all employees and is explained to them at the time of hire and throughout the time with the company. When first hired on, each employee has to sign a code of Business Conduct agreement; this also includes a portion of HSE specifics as well.
