The highest Operational responsibility is the Chief HSE Officer who works close with the SD and HSE committee to make sure company policies are up to date and monitor’s the compliance of company wide policies. Performance is shared by all employees and is explained to them at the time of hire and throughout the time with the company. When first hired on, each employee has to sign a code of Business Conduct agreement; this also includes a portion of HSE specifics as well.

The importance of planning is that it provides attention on objectives and results, reduces uncertainty, gives direction for everyone, encourages team work and creativity, helps with decision making among many other important factors.
