In William Shakespeare’s play “Hamlet”, madness in consistent and the role is played by the protagonist, Hamlet. The fever of madness struck Hamlet after he sees the ghost of his father, King Hamlet. Along with madness, revenge arises in Hamlet to kill Claudius. He did not say the plan to others and he did not want to say by his mouth who killed his father, rather he wanted to show the whole scene of his father’s killing through an act. There might arise a question about Hamlet’s madness, if the madness is real or not? What I believe his madness is just an acting.
