Writers from the world of science fiction write about things beyond our imagination. Sometimes the purpose is simply to entertain and let the reader explore what the future could be. But other times authors want to warn the people of what might come. They want to explore the possibilities of what could be the result of people's actions today. The writers of these sci-fi books show the world after our time, but when it's looked at just a little bit closer there are more similarities to our world today than there should be. Authors from this genre put in hidden of commentary in their books to enlighten the public on what is happening in this world. In science fiction books and stories such as "Fahrenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury or "Harrison Bergeron" by Kurt Vonnegut Jr, the authors often comment on our world as a dystopian society and the path they fear humanity could take which could lead to catastrophe. To begin with, in the short story "Harrison Bergeron" the author compares the world of Harrison Bergeron to today's world, which could become a dystopian society.
