Imagine you are sitting on the couch in the living room, and you look at the news and you see that the leader of the civil rights movement was shot. This is the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. James Earl Ray had a very bad early life. James had done very many crimes and the worst, the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. James had a bad prison life. James had a bad early life, he did many crimes, and he also had a bad prison life.

On the night of May 28, 1971, Donald Marshall Jr.’s life would change completely. The obstacles that Mr. Marshall will have to face will be life changing experience and a huge eye opener to the rest of the world. Donald Marshall Jr. served 11 years of his time for a crime he did not commit.

In 1955 Emmett louis Till and his brother Wheeler were living in their uncle Moses’s house for the summer. Emmett allegedly wolf whistled at a white woman one evening, and later that night was taken from his uncles home. His mother Mamie Till was then notified that her son had been kidnapped. Emmett was brutally beaten, killed and then thrown into a river left to be found later by children fishing in the river. After they found Emmetts body the sheriff arrested Roy Bryant and his half brother J.W milam for murder. They say that there was a third person in the murder but no one else was ever put on trial for it. This act of violence shows what kind of society the blacks and the whites were living in. On Agust 24,1955 Emmet Till a fourteen year old boy way on his way to visit his relatives in Money, Mississippi. He was charged of whistling at Carolyn Bryant who was a clerk at a grocery store. A few days later, some white men, Brayant's husband Roy and his half brother Milam took Emmet, beat him and shot him in the head. They went to court, but they lost because of an all white male jury. Emmet's open casket funeral influenced a Civil Rights Movement.

Milkman, the main character, son of Macon Dead, friend of Guitar Bains and great- grandson of Solomon is in every way impacted by their thoughts whether he knows it or not. Milkman is careless when it comes to the perception of racism. He feels it doesn’t affect him in any way because of who he is, but he doesn’t even know who he is as a man or as a black man.

On November 27, 1978, former San Francisco City Supervisor Dan White assassinated newly elected supervisor Harvey Milk and San Francisco Mayor George Moscone. White's legal team claimed he was very depressed when he committed the murder. His depression began after he had given up his supervisory position because he felt the system was corrupt. When he tried to ask again, Moscone initially conceded, but Milk and others convinced Moscone that White was too combative. It was rejected.

Emmett Louis Till.Till was a 14 year old boy who was sent down south to stay with family. It was at a general store after working hard in the fields some other boys dared him to talk to the cashier and the he whistled at and/or touched the hand or waist and flirted with the cashier.the cashiers husband then kidnapped him shot him in the head wrapped him in barbed wire and put his body in the river

Wells worked to end lynching due to a close friend of hers being lynched. As a journalist, wells went ahead and travelled the south to learn about more of these lynchings. Next she published an article on lynching that was to outrageous given the time period, this caused her to receive death threats from white males. At the time wells was traveling and had decided to stay in New York where she was recently visiting.

The 1920’s, or the “Roaring Twenties”, was a time in American history described as the “Wild West”. Prohibition brought controversy and anarchy to the once civilized American society, with mobs and gangs at the peak of their power with leaders such as Al Capone supplying alcohol and guns to the public. This was also a time of heightened racial segregation, with boundaries being set such as only white bathrooms and schools. Malcolm (X) Little was born in this time period, on the 19th of May, 1925, in Northeast Omaha (The Humanities of Malcolm X). Growing up in humble surroundings, with the constant battle with segregation and hate, defined Malcolm as a person and as a leader. With racism growing, Malcolm was influenced by civil rights leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr., who came to be the symbol of the Civil Rights Movement. Racism became infamous in the 50’s because of the rising popularity of a cult called the KKK, which was known to lynch and torture African-Americans, with no justice being brought upon the group (Malcolm X). All of this bigotry that surrounded Malcolm is what made him have such a passion to become an educated scholar in the ideas of racial segregation and hate. Though Malcolm X was a controversial figure in the eyes of the public, his influence on American society did not go unnoticed, as Times Magazine named Malcolm X

Milk processed to make homosexuals civilized by getting attention, stepping out, and making his clear point to everyone. He was trying to be the leader of politics to announce the gay rights to everyone. Visiting houses, volunteering, and shaking hands, he grabbed many attentions and got appeals. His speech emphasized on being proud and open. Milk compared gay rights movement to civil rights movement and wanted to prove that he can make a change like in the civil rights movement. Harvey Milk was one of the most important figures in the gay rights movement. In 1977, he became the first openly gay man to be elected to public office. A year later, he was murdered. Harvey’s story is an epic and tragic tale of strength against hatred, his journey was made into the award winning film Milk in 2008. The movie was praised for it’s historical accuracy and excellent performances by Sean Penn and James Franco.

Milk dude had brought him to his hideout at the abandoned milk factory. Banana Man thanked Milk dude and did something that would “change” his life. He asked Milk Dude to become his side kick! Together, they will destroy Honey Booboo and her stupid show once and for all, for the sake of the universe! The two of them whooshed off to Honey Booboo’s evil fortress at the cheese store. To get to honey booboo, they will have to pass the five layers of dip, the six cans of the spray cheese, the seven guardians of the Swiss, and the snack food of the cheese curl!!! The duo began their long journey through the cheese store. First up were the 5 layers of dip. Banana man shot banana grenades at the wall of dip, but its five layers gave the dip extra defense.

Science has given the world countless inventions that make human life and progression sophisticated. From ancient times to today, scientific discoveries continue to advance. During the Scientific Revolution (sixteen hundreds), numerous inventions and theories were devised. Galileo Galilei established the Law of Inertia, invented the telescope, and perfected the Scientific Method. Isaac Newton made stellar revelations in physics and calculus. Finally, Benjamin Franklin made advances in technology. He invented gadgets such as bifocals, the odometer, and the lightning rod. Along with these wise men, William Harvey’s discovery greatly affected the people of his time, and still does to this day. William Harvey, a British doctor, stated that blood pumped by the heart circulates throughout the entire body.

Daisy is a scientific agricultural experiment. She is the result of genetic manipulation and cloning to get her to produce milk that doesn’t have the BLG protein. Daisy is the start of an agricultural scale plan to produce BLG free milk.

Andrew Goodman was a white civil rights activist from the United States murdered by the Ku Klux Klan at only 20 years old. The KKK murdered Goodman along with the Congress of Racial Equality activists Mickey Schwermer and James Earl Chaney.
