One health-related attitude that I would like to obtain is the ability to relax. I just wish that I could sit down and not be concerned of work and school just have a stress free environment. I can try to release some stress by going to gym then go home and relax. I can also try going for an early jog to begin the day stress free. A health-related behavior that I would like obtain is to establish and maintain a balance diet. Usually, I eat once or twice a day and one of the meals consist of a small granola bar or a fruit. The second meal will either consist of going to a fast food restaurant or eat a small meal at my job. I wish that I could have the three meals a day and have a good balance of nutrients. I can try to prepare my lunch the day before to replace the fast food and wake up early to have time to eat breakfast. I can also plan my meals for the week, so I can have a consistent balanced
