A healthy versus a non-healthy lifestyle, many have questioned which is the greater of the two. You have many strong arguments on both sides, but to date they have been inconclusive. The simplicity of the everyday events have caused many to question the argument. We have seen several model athletes who have lived a strict healthy lifestyle simply fall to their death at no avail. Then on the other hand we have others who do not restrain themselves, yet they live long prosperous lives. One can choose to adhere to either lifestyles, but only the human body will know how it ultimately reacts. Living a healthy lifestyle is a conflation of several factors. One is not able to live a healthy lifestyle without a nutritional diet, adequate sleep, routine exercise, and reduced stress. A healthy lifestyle is about finding happiness and balance. The key factor is learning to avoid detrimental situations, triggers and substances that decrease ones overall health. None the less, one must form a platform based on healthy morals and principles in order to live life to its fullest potential. It is important to build a strong inner immune system, which in turn will fight to maintain a healthy body both inside and out. Part of living a healthy lifestyle is eating a well-balanced diet.
