Healthy Eating Essay “Good health and good sense are two of life’s greatest blessings”, said Pubilius Syrus. Some people say that sayings are just there to entertain us. Really though, sayings can be very empowering. In order to keep those laudable blessing with us, we have to maintain our healthy eating, cleanliness, injury and illness prevention, exercise, and of course, other healthy habits. All you have to do is wash them for two minutes twice a day and floss to get food out of you teeth! While focusing on the mouth, flossing even though already mentioned, get plaque and germs out in-between your teeth. Okay, the now you know what to do with smaller body parts, how about the body? Most kids don’t take showers very often. Everyone should though. Some people take them every day, but at night because they are rushed in the morning. That’s perfectly fine. Even if you don’t wash it every day, at least wash it every other day. Keeping clean can be as simple as these things. Do these, and you’ll be surprised at what it’ll do, just note, it‘s not like learning to trust a hungry cheetah! :o Do you like to get hurt or be sick? NO ONE DOES! Simple things can prevent stuff like injury and illnesses. Putting on a band-aid can be so helpful because it take the germs out of your skin onto the band-aid. It also keeps more germs from coming into your skin. Band-aids have to come off eventually, and when they do, some people just start picking at their scrape, or cut. By doing this, you’re not helping yourself at all!!!! Instead, you’re risking your chances of getting infections. It might not be that your nail is sharp but all the tiny, icky particles that hide beneath your skin go to your injury, so if you’re one of these people, you might want to stop. Now, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, get ready for an injury prevention that is so important
