Samuel Langhore Clemons had very unique experiences starting early in life. His childhood was not the easiest; he was not properly educated and death surrounded him. He also had to begin working at age twelve. This would all carve out his path to becoming one of the best writers of his generation.

His mother treats him like a slave, giving him daily chores and unbelievably ruthless punishments. He has become inhuman to her as she refers to him as “It.” The only hope of survival relies on his dad, in God, or in a miracle. His story promotes the courageous human spirit and the determinate to survive.

Bailey Madison James was born on August 3rd, 1990 in Henderson, Nevada. Born to Mariah Nichole Harding and Christian Jeremiah James Jr. Bailey was born on a Friday. At the time of Bailey's birth Mariah 28 and Christian 32 were both unemployed and struggling to get by. The moment Bailey was born both Mariah and Christian knew that they had to give her everything. Or everything that they could. Shortly after Bailey was born Mariah got a job at the Local courthouse. While Christian finished school to get his degree in communications. After getting his degree Christian went to work at one of the many hotels trying to make a name for itself in Las Vegas. Before they knew it they could move into a new two bedroom home that they could call their own.

He always thought his father was going to save him and take him away. As time passed by, he saw that things were just getting worse between his mother and him and his father wouldn’t do nothing about it. He lost hope and didn’t care about anything. But he started to dream at night that one day he would get out of the hell hole he was living in. He realized that if he wanted to survive he would have to be strong and beat his mother at her torturing games. He just kept thinking to himself one day I will get out of here. He started building a self-esteem. He started realizing what was happening wasn’t his fault and one day decided to tell someone at school.

He was used to live in his brother’s shadow, but when the boat accident happened to them, he was the only one to survive. As he was always indentifying himself the less important one, he considered it was wrong that he was the one who would still have a life. As a result of nervous breakdown, he tried to kill himself with cutting his wrists in the bathroom, fortunately his father found out and save him. Then he went to the psychiatric for four months. When he comes back, there are still issues he needs to deal with.

He work hard to become the sole bread winner for his family, even though the father was there, he still was the main person that everyone in his family depended on.

One of the most important developments in England was common law carried out through the system of eyres which was instituted by King Henry II. Henry’s royal justices would visit every region within his domain to ensure that those who committed crimes against the “king’s peace” (arson, murder, rape) were arrested and brought to trial. The justices would also hear civil cases. This helped to strengthen British rule. Though Henry couldn’t be in all places at once, through his traveling courts, he made certain that his authority was felt throughout his kingdom.

The Apostle Saint James the Greater, also known as James, son of Zebedee. He was known as the Greater to be able to tell the difference from him and James the Less, of whom they called because he was shorter. He was born July 25, 0000, the same year of Jesus. He has an amazing family that he works hard to support that consisted of his supportive wife and children. His wife is a well-educated individual who has an overwhelming strong willpower to do what she sets out to do. She is a woman who went through all of high school knowing that a 4.0 GPA would be needed to accomplish her dreams and being the valedictorian was the only way she could see it happening. She went to Henderson State University to get her bachelor’s degree in business and while doing so she kept an outstanding grade point average all the way. Equally important, was her unbreakable willpower that would see nothing as impassable and would stop only when she achieved success. Henry James was an accomplished man from a young age and was born on April 15, 1843 in New York. His legacy where the world first met Henry was within his writing at a young age. Henry was fluent in both French and German as a child. Henry James Sr. was Henry's father and once mentioned "The young Henry James was a shy, book addicted boy who assumed the role of his active elder brother" (Eeon Edel). As a child Henry was not the most social kid in the world but he was not a fool either. Sadly, Henry suffered several physical ailments and had depression and Suicidal Tendencies. He also had problems with his eyes, back, skin, stomach, and was tone death, which drastically affected his shyness from a young age. He was married to Alice Gibbens in 1878.

William James was an American philosopher and psychologist who specialized in Pragmatism and philosophy related to such. He led a philosophical revolution in the USA and would make the philosophy known as ¨Pragmatism" very well known. In his book ¨The Will to Believe and Other Essays in Popular Philosophy", William explains different philosophical beliefs while also challenging them and supporting the right to believe in a religion or even life itself. William James' style of writing is more Expository mainly due to his explanation of different philosophies/religions but showing pros and cons of many different philosophies.

Henry was a well known scientist during the 1700’s. He is most famous for the discovery of hydrogen, although he calculated the composition of atmospheric air, and the properties of different gases.

The Aspern Papers by Henry James illustrates a classic opposition throughout the story: the underestimation of the old by the young. The narrator, Aspern’s publisher, sets himself to the task of retrieving several mysterious “papers” from a former lover of his idol, and goes in with the easy confidence of a young man who never dreams that anyone, much less an elderly lady, could be not one, but in fact several, steps ahead of him at all times in his hunt for literary gold. The relationship between Miss Bordereau and the narrator is that of the cat and the mouse, with the narrator believing he is the cat, and Miss Bordereau knowing that she has the upper hand by the simple fact of possession. The narrator
