I am against the student councils suggestion to have an election for a "hero of the month". The student could access to private information, only 9 kids will be " hero of the month", and also they would miss a day of school.
First of all, they could access to private information. They could know information that there not suppose to know and then the whole school would know, they could also see private information about other students and then they could bully the other students.
Also, only 9 kids will be "hero of the month", some other students will not have the opportunity to be " hero of the month", and that would be unfear.
Finally, the students that would be "hero of the month" would miss a day of school. Students will miss
It would help so many students out, if people would help us out cause were student athletes it would be
Most schools in America today follow the traditional 180-day schooling system. This system was started in the 19th century when schooling for children began. There was a 10-week summer vacation for the students to help their families on the farm for harvesting. In March of 2009, President Barak Obama suggested to the public his Race to the Top program. The program is to extend the school hours or extend the school days. “We can no longer afford an academic calendar designed when America was a nation of farmers who needed their children at home plowing the land at the end of each day,” he says. His reason is the students of school today will not be equipped for the 21st century if we continue to use the traditional
The school would also make money off of it to. With students and teachers getting it that a good portion of money. Like I said before it would give teachers more time to plan because they're not going to the store to get drinks.
Furthermore, this will not help fight the war on drugs or stop violence, if anything this will cause a major decrease in attendance for the school system which will
The students that don’t come back will get an immediate parent phone call as soon as they don’t show up. After their 3rd offense they will get their lunch pass taken away and they will need to eat school lunch for the rest of the school year. I think the students will like their privilege so much they wouldn’t want to risk
Numerous types of crimes can be committed if a school allows an open campus during the lunch hour. Felonies usually occur during times when people are not at home. At lunch, students can have illegal access to vulnerable houses if they choose to do so when they are wondering around in the streets. This could lead to a crime increase among a neighborhood, and cause disputes and problems. Citizens feel safe in their neighborhoods, but crime and robberies can make them feel uneasy. They would need to purchase state of the art security
We can create grade level competitions and have positive reinforces for the grade level that completes the process or has the most people signed up by a certain due date.
I think that it is absolutely absurd to separate boys and girls into different classes for a problem that has such a simple solution. If that does truly become a problem then one thing that could be taken into consideration is possibly switch a few kids out so there will be less children there and can be easily watched so it will be harder for them to do it.
I believe that us seventh graders could pick up trash and stop bullying because these are big problems that you can help reduce the trash and bullying population, even at school.
The benefits of having this outweigh the negatives. Making this the best option to improve the school. Our steps for allowing the students to leave the campus are. They must have their parents and the principle sign a contract agreeing that they can leave. The must also have a student id them. This student id will be scanned when they leave school and when they return. This will make sure that all the students are accounted for. There will also be an adult and or teacher standing by the door; this person will be in charge watching the students scan their id. This will insure that no underclassman can leave. When scanning their id there pins will also be entered, insuring no ones id is taken. Talking about underclassman only the seniors are allowed to leave. These students must be passing all of there classes. There is a formal contract written out that both the parents, principle, and student will sign. Students are not able to bring food back. They are allowed to bring liquids back but they will be monitored. There will also be two lunches first lunch will be from 11:20a.m-12: 20 pm, second lunch is from 12:25 pm- 1:25 pm. In the morning in their first class students will take a survey in their email to see if they are staying or leaving for lunch. This will ensure that the school doesn’t make to much food. One other rule is they are unable to leave on Wednesday because of the shortened
The morning announcements could potentially become super duper long. If all the students are recognized for participating in outside school activities and accomplishments, this would take up the
This solution will provide a higher-quality education for the rest of the students in the future. As contrast to what could be, here is an example. Last year I attended an English class here at Arroyo full of students who’d given up on learning, preferring to fool around during class. The teacher had simply given up on “us” (or the troublesome ones), the class was rowdy, out of control most of the time. If only this plan was in effect at that time! The teacher could have taught class uninterrupted without having to waste class time rebuking those annoying twerps. With this proposal in effect, class sizes would be smaller and there would be less disruption so teachers would have more one-on-one time helping students worthy of their time. The learning environment/peer influence would improve, resulting in better performance, even the school’s standards would be set
Thank you for your dedication to providing an excellent education system for all students in District 203. Your hard work has made the district have very high rankings and be one of the best districts in the state. As a student at Naperville Central High School, I understand that all school days are important and that they all count towards our grades. In spite of that, many Muslim students have no choice but to miss school due to an Islamic holiday called Eid. Therefore, there should be a day off on the only religious holiday that is celebrated by Muslims.
It would also be very quick to implement only taking one month to sort out how the winner will be chosen and finding a reasonable prize. The downsides to this is that it will
