About 70 million American adults (29%) have high blood pressure—that’s 1 in every 3 American adults ("High Blood Pressure FAQs | cdc.gov," n.d.). High Blood Pressure, also known as HBP or Hypertension. When most people are asked about High Blood Pressure they seem to think of it as uncomfortable as to be tense, nervous or hyperactive. In reality, High Blood Pressure cannot be felt. You can still be naturally calm as anyone else. In an informative aspect keeping your blood pressure in a healthy range will reduce the risk of a lot of problems. It can cause vascular weaknesses, the overstretching creates weak places in the blood vessels, making them more prone to rupture.
