Goals Essay My senior year of high school will be filled with numerous decisions and new experiences. There are many things I would enjoy accomplishing before the end of my high school career. In order to achieve my goals, I will need to plan ahead. Setting goals is vital in providing motivation to attain them. The three goals I set for myself this year are meeting new people, traveling to places I have never been, and deciding what college I want to attend. The first goal I set for myself this year is meeting new people. An African proverb states, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with others.” When you meet new people, new opportunities begin to arise. Building relationships with others can assist in everyday
My current goal is to graduate from high school with an advanced diploma. I plan to make “AB” honor roll and to study harder than I ever done before. Rumor has it that being a senior can be a challenge. But, challenges can be fun too! In the process of
Throughout the course of my high school career I have many goals I would like to pursue. One of those goals includes being accepted into both a two and a four-year college so I can hold a Bachelors degree in Science. When I do get accepted into the two and four-year colleges, I plan on working while attending school. Although this goal may be challenging, depending on my classes, I’m going to need a job to support myself. My GPA in college will maintain a 3.7. My field of study will consist of a Radiology program as well as an Ultrasound program to become a Radiology tech/Ultrasound tech. These two fields will allow me a greater chance of finding a job, plus it will supply more yearly income. After college I will be using the knowledge I gained
In the near future, I plan on graduating from Scottsburg High School with a Core 40 diploma with Academic Honors. I also plan on completing my goal of making straight A’s in high school, and I hope to continue my goal of making all A’s in college as well. After graduating from Indiana State University with a major in psychology, I hope to be admitted into medical school where I can become a psychiatrist. After graduating from medical school, I would love to be hired at a VA where I would be able to give back to veterans who give up so much for our country and those living in it.
Everybody in high school looks forward to graduate. I am looking forward to graduating myself, but I also have higher goals in mind. As a child and even as a teenager, we tend to make personal goals that are far-stretched and sometimes fairytale-like but in the past few weeks I have thought about what I want to do in the future and started setting goals in order to be successful. As a student at Brampton Centennial and aftermath, three personal goals I want to achieve are, first is to volunteer at a non-governmental environmental organization such as Greenpeace or Sea Shepherd. Next is to learn German and visit the Netherlands and Germany. Finally, is to figure out my passion(s).
After examining, history, income, and schooling, it is clear that to strive to be a lawyer would be an excellent goal after high school. Lawyers have always been very important throughout history, have very high income, and require a lot of schooling. Becoming a lawyer would be a great career to get into.
During my freshman year i have accomplished many goals. A few of my goals was to learn basic life support such as CPR, BVM, and Medical Assessing. These goals were not completed in my course introduction to Health Technology they were complete during a EMT course in Danbury Hospital, But if it wasn’t for Health Technology I would’ve had a harder time understanding a lot of the procedures, terminology, and theory. One of my overall goals is to become a Medical Doctor which requires four years in medical school and then complete 3-7 years of residency training, before eligible for medical licensing.
As a senior, you have a lot on your mind. To try and keep up with all the plans you are making, you will need to stay organized. Setting goals for the future will keep your mind on track and help maintain focus. These goals will be centered on your future, specifically school and post-high school life.
Life is like shooting a basketball, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose but there will always be a chance to try again. Being active and hardworking will help me play sports in highschool and help me become a professional athlete. But before i become a pro athlete i have to work hard, persevere, and do the extra work on my own to become better.

My goals in the upcoming years are to grow in as many ways as possible. I plan to take college as an opportunity to change my views, change socially, meet new people, and learn not only knowledge for a career but learn things about myself that I have never known before. I believe that once high school is over, most people find that it was not the greatest part of their life despite what they previously thought. I am still there, and I know for a fact that I have much more to look forward to. I have found from people around me that life can be wonderful, but it all depends on how you look at it. I want to learn to have a positive outlook on life. I have also found that learning how to work alone is not a bad thing. My goal is to learn how to work, and live alone because it is easier to work and live with others if can first support yourself. I have always relied on the people around me for help whenever I need it. In the past year of my life, I found that I need to rely on myself, and that is precisely what I would like to do. I want to fight like I never have before for me. I have always been the person to make sure that everyone else is okay, and I still want to do that, but now my goal is reassure that I am well before I continue.
One of my goals for high school is to get my grade point average to above a 3.8 if not a 4.0. I can achieve this goal by staying attentive in school and in my classes. Also I can reach my goal by turning my homework and classwork in on time and studying for every test so I can get a high score. My second goal is to all together graduate high school and take my education to a higher level.
All throughout school, students are ask what we want to be when we grow up. Many of us know or have a pretty good idea, but others have no clue what they want to pursue as a career in life, whether it be furthering their education at a university or attending a technical school. There are other students that plan to start work right out of high school. Either way we all have a plan, and the purpose of this paper is to inform you of mine. I personally struggle in making big decisions like deciding what to do with my life, but then I realized I have been asking myself the wrong questions. Instead of asking what I want to be when I grow up, I asked myself what do I want out of life? what are some of my goals that I wish to achieve? This led
