In the hypothetical case, the Rockshire High School official had reasonable cause to search Britney Sullivan’s cell phone for evidence that she and other students cheated on their AP History exam. The administrator suspects Britney because (1) the students scored extremely high on the AP History test (2) Britney has been in trouble in the past and is in the AP History class and (3) a teacher received a reliable tip from another student describing how the students cheated using social media. According to the Supreme Court case (New Jersey v. TLO, 469 U.S. 325 (1985).) the school administrator had the right to search the contents of the student's cell phone, since the administrator had reasonable cause to suspect the student of school policy infractions. The court’s decision in this case is that the student officials do not hold the same accountability of the police under search and seizure. Police are held to the strict accountability of probable cause while school officials according to the Supreme Court have only to prove reasonable cause. In this hypothetical case the supreme court would support the decision of the Rockshire High School administration to search a student's cell phone as evidence for cheating based on the fact that the administrator had evidence to support reasonable cause. The Supreme Court states, “reasonable grounds

Ridgeway Junior High School faculty and staff alongside some parents of students of Ridgeway find themselves in the throws of a heated debate against other parents on the permissibility of providing students attending this junior high with contraception through the school. Ridgeway Junior High is a low income school located in Maryland, where black, latino and other students of color are in majority. In many recent years, Ridgeway has seen the increase of teen pregnancies, last year alone there was a district record high of 25 pregnant girls, which didn’t include students who didn’t report because they for example, secretly had an abortion. Franklin Junior High which is just outside of Lincoln Heights, where Ridgeway is located, is predominantly middle class white families and sees much lower instances of teenage pregnancy without having to provide contraception at school. The health class at Ridgeway is not that comprehensive, abstinence is preached, but not extensively, it warns of the dangers of teenage pregnancy and STDs,
I think students valley view high school that are in athletics should get a drug test, because schools will not allow students that play sports and have drugs in the blood. If the students have drugs in their bodies can get out of the sports that they play and schools are not going to risk the pride of the school if other districts find out that students play in under drug conditions valley view district can get in trouble.

Roles of Leadership Leaders face many In order for the principal to develop positive relationships within the community the school needs to demonstrate, and promote the contributions provided. The school needs to adopt an “our children” attitude with the community to share in the benefits for students (Epstein, 2009).
The principal’s role in developing positive community relations sets the tone for communication patterns, partnership formation and/or alienation (Fiore, 2013). There are many tasks that the principal has that is important to school and community relations. Some of those are being a good listener, diplomatic and tactful and all situations. They also have to promote the open door policy to be free to communicate with students, parents, and their staff. They also have to inform the superintendent and community about good and bad things that are
