The ceremony starts with the husband’s side; he goes and ask two men and a best man to go with him to his soon to be wife’s house and ask her parents for her hand in marriage. This process can take up to 4 to 6 hours. Reason being is because the talk about how much the girls “head” is worth, in other words herself, and talk about how much the cow has to be worth.
