Holly transferred the children to Olive Branch, she waited 20 minutes for Christina. Christina did not show. On 06/10/16, the reporter received a call from Chickasaw Police Department about a child in the street playing; the reporter responded. According to the reporter, Christopher was almost hit twice while playing in the road and one of the accidents was involving an 18-wheeler. The home belongs to Judy Laube where Judy Laube said she lives there with her daughter, Angela Whitter, and Judy Laube’s’ friend, Denise Barnett. Judy Laube said she is currently receiving food stamps and other benefits from the state where she does not have financial difficult to aid with Mrs. Whitter if Tyler were to move in. Mrs. Whitter too, receiving other benefits from the state and does not have a financial concern to place Tyler in their care. Mrs. Whitter added that she can enroll Tyler in the Fox School District where the bus is accessible and the school only two blocks away. Spoke Carpao who stated that he planed to visit his family in 3 Even Ave Hightstown NJ with his daughter and that he wanted her until 1600 hrs today. Anderson and Carpao came to an agreement to do custody exchange at that location in Hightstown at 1500 hrs today. On 09/21/16 Called back to Ms Jackson. She was inquiring why her great granddaughter Carlee McCrea was removed from her daughter Chantelle Mrkonic home. She stated that Charlee was in the school when a PD and DHS worker went to school and remove her and was placed in to her father's home, Cole McCrea. This incident happened Friday 09/16/16.

MSTT met with Christine and Calysta for a session. MSTT ask Christine and Calysta to explain what has happened over the past week because MSTT was on vacation. PER REPORTER: Charlie said today five year old Makiyah was brought into the emergency room in Chicago, IL by her mother. He said the child was brought in due to the child disclosing to her mother that while she was in Mississippi in the care of her grandmother (Felicia) she was abusing her. Charlie said he was told that Makiyah has been in Chicago, IL with her mother for a week now due to the child’s aunt dropping her off with her mother. Charlie said to his understanding the child was randomly dropped off with her mother by her aunt due to Felicia no longer being able to care for the child. Charlie said the child’s mother told him that Makiyah was staying with Felicia in Mississippi until she got everything together for the child to be able to come and live with her. However, he said according to the child’s mother the child will be staying with her and will not be going back to stay with her grandmother.

UCM: CPSW did a home visit to Ms. Brenda Borkovec's home. Both children were in the living room playing together. Also, Ms. Brenda was in the living room holding Aydden and feeding him. Ms. Brenda stated that she has not received any papers regarding her foster care license. Ms. Brenda stated that she is frustrated with the process and that it has taken a longer time. Ms. Brenda mentioned that it has taken a long time for her to complete her fingerprint. She reported that currently she is waiting the background study and fingerprint forms to be sent to her. Ms. Borkovec's phone ring and it was Elizabeth Borkovec. Ms. Brenda asked CPSW if Elizabeth can come and join the meeting. CPSW approved it and Elizabeth Borkovec showed up less than 5 minutes.

UCM: CPSW received a call from Ms. Messerli reporting that she needs the lock number for her storage from foster provider family. She also stated that she needs the boy's cell phone back. CPSW reminded Ms. Messerli that this writer will ask the foster provider about the phone and storage numbers. CPSW reminded Ms. Messerli to focus on her recovery and not to disrupt her children as well as the foster provider and if she needs anyting to let the CPSW aware of it. Also, CPSW reminded Ms. Messerli not to contact or call both children until the theripist approves it. Ms. Messerli stated that she will try. Howerver, Ms Messerli sounded unhappy and really upset about not contacting her children Nick and Alexander.

The reporter said Matthew slaps Kelly around, and if the children are with her, he would slap her around in front of them.
