The Power of the Holy Ghost
From a worldly perspective, when one may hear the word ghost, some people may become fearful and think of witches and goblins or so forth. It isn't a subject that many would like to dwell on for a long period of time because some people seem to be frightened of it. However, from a spiritual point of view; the word holy ghost can be thought of as supernatural and Godly existence of many wonderful and miraculous things transpiring in a believer's life.
The holy ghost gives strength for difficult tasks to be carried out. It helps to understand God's word. It helps us to be a powerful and courageous witness for Christ. It helps us to discern false teaching and false prophets. It helps make

But, if they let God come into their life and fill them with his holy presence the emptiness will subside on the inside and they will feel alive on the outside.
We must choose to deny ourselves from the pleasurable things of this world which causes us to be alienated from God.
We must rely on the holy spirit from within us to help us not to become disobedient to God by being selfish and doing fleshly, harmful, devious and evil things. Doing these things makes God angry with us and we therefore, should not provoke God for he is angry with the wicked every day.
We need to depend on the Power of God's holy spirit instead of our own power for we can't do this alone; it is too strong for us in our own strength or through the self conscience mind of our earthly will power that is succumbed by the flesh.
We must be attentive and alert of the evil temptations that are among us and because we are human we are subject to fall to the weakness of our flesh if we are not watchful and prayerful.
Therefore, we need spiritual power of the holy ghost to intervene and we must allow him to take charge of these fleshly desires that wants to take over our

It does not matter where we are or who we are because God has a way to get our attention. It may be through a raging storm or it may be through a calm, gentle breeze. God still speaks to us; we just have to be attentive and listen to what thus says the Lord; so that we will be able to respond to his call.
Studying God's word helps us to be prepared to witness for God to others. Therefore, we must not ignore or over ride the holy ghost by trying to run from a task that God wants us to do. We can't be afraid to witness to anyone; great or small, rich or poor. We must be available to do the work of the Lord and not be ashamed of the gospel.
The holy ghost teaches all things and brings things to remembrance and in the hour and time that's needed for just who is in need of the words of the Lord in that moment. We just have to be willing and obedient to do the will of the Lord to help win souls for God's
In Romans 12, Paul the Apostle encouraged the people in Rome to follow the uprightness in their soul to follow the pathway which has always been guided by morality and the Holy Spirit. He advised them to “hate what is evil; cling to what is good.” (Romans 12:9, The New International Version) Through his quote, Paul inferred that people should not surrender to the Devil but to God at every situation. They should let the Holy Spirit fill their minds and their bodies to help them fight against their internal depravities. If men love the doves, if men enjoy the natural calmness and looking at the time flow in relaxation, they have to follow the voice of the Angel in their heart.
During the year of 1803, America made a decision that would ultimately change the way of life for the United States forever, and this decision is known as the Louisiana Purchase. The Louisiana Purchase consisted of 800,000 square miles being bought by the United States from France for an amount of $15 million. Thomas Jefferson felt that the United States could be in jeopardy in American interests because Spain returned the territory of Louisiana back to France with the Treaty of San Ildefono in 1800. France was expecting to head into war with England and needed the money for war expenses. Part of this vast land purchased would be later known as the state of Arkansas; however, before Arkansas was a state it was part of the District of Louisiana
This is Axel, one of the candidates you interviewed with for the Surgical Support Specialist at MetroHealth last week. I'm just emailing you because I would like to thank you for spending your time to interview with me and showing me around the facility. It was a pleasure meeting you and your staff. After the interview and reviewing everything about the position I think this role would fit me perfectly based on my pass military training and experience gained from my time at The Cleveland Clinic. Everything mentioned about the position I already have done before in the past, or have knowledge and familiarity with. I know I would be a great fit for this position being that I meet all the qualifications listed both required and preferred. I have
The various gifts of the Holy Spirit as listed in Scripture are conveyed according to the will of the Holy Spirit to every man for the eventual purpose of the edification and building up the church body.
From the Day of Pentecost until now, and it will be true until the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit occupies a peculiar position in the church. The whole administration and direction of the affairs of the church was left in the hands of the Holy Spirit by the Lord Jesus. His office is to administer and energize the program of the church. He manifests the power of God in the church, and through the church. He uses each individual of Christians to exalt Christ and edify the church. When the Holy Spirit indwells in a Christian, He brings with Him the gift or gifts designed for each one of Christians (1 Cor. 12:7, 11, 18) A spiritual gift is any ability that is empowered by the Holy Spirit and used in any ministry of
us day by day the truth of God. The Holy Spirit testifies of Christ: John 15:26, When the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me. The Holy Spirit convicts: John 16:8, When he comes, he will convict the world of guilt [Or will expose the guilt of the world] in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment. The Holy Spirit leads: Romans 8:14, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. The Holy Spirit reveals the Truth: John 16:13, But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. The Holy Spirit strengthens and encourages: Acts 9:31, then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace.
This is the mistake that we make so often as believers. We don’t study our spiritual enemy. We trust too much in our own strength and ability. Just because we are saved, sanctified and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost, does not mean that we don’t need to study our enemy. It does not mean that we can’t learn from the spiritual battles that our brothers and sisters in Christ have won against him.
God gave man dominion over his creation, we are not suppose to abuse His creation, but to be faithful stewards of the authority given by God (Christian). Man is not perfect we forget this and abuse the dominion God has given man, man’s purpose is to also seek their creator, God did this so man would seek and reach out to Him, because God is not far away from each of us (Christian). Man forgets to seek God and relies on himself through tough times or making a big decision. God wants us to seek him, so He can help us through the tough times or big decisions, but man is not perfect and does not seek God like he needs to. Matthew 7:7 says “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you” (ESV). In this verse Jesus is describing the attitude of trust, of reliance on God, and why we can rely on God, because God is trustworthy (Grace Communion International). When man loses sight of the trust and begins to rely on himself, man begins to find a conflict within his spirit. If man would truly believe and cast out Satan when he appears, the decisions that man make would be more on the path of what God wants for man. However, when Adam and Eve sinned for the first time against God with the forbidden fruit this let sin into the perfect world God had created. Therefore, now man must battle within his spirit to keep his soul on the
To prevent souls from their holy duties, Satan presents an enticing picture of worldly choices. Using the example of the ten plagues, Brooks discusses his first remedy stating that, “They are not able to secure you from the least evil, they are not able to procure you the least desirable good” (103). The one who people run from created the things people run towards. In another remedy, Brooks echoes Solomon’s theme throughout Ecclesiastes: he encourages us to remember the futile nature of things under the sun.
However, freedom may not be equal for all, depending on one’s clarity. Humans are abler when they are active participants in the contemplation of God and less able when acting upon bodily desires. Should they be wicked, they are mere slaves to their own corroding will. These choices are all discernible to the eye of Providence,
“You might say, “God could stop Satan if He wanted to. Therefore, the devil only does what God allows Him to do.” That’s not true. That’s a religious tradition that will render you passive and prey to the devil.”
The Holy Spirit plays a very vital role in the lives of each and every believer; He can strengthen us with a strength that we cannot even begin to muster up in ourselves. He can bring us joy that we cannot even begin to find in the things of this world. He can bring peace to our lives more than anything that we can ever find on this earth. “The Holy Spirit which is primarily an energizing process, is also a revealing, refining, consuming, illuminating process, and one by which we are made to glow with love to God, and love to man, and love to souls.”
The Holy Spirit also brings conviction to the believer about sin, which brings Christians to repentance and right standing in the eyes of God. Without the Holy Spirit, people are not saved, but with this Spirit our bodies become a dwelling place of the Lord. The Holy Spirit is also a teacher, and with the Spirit people can rightfully understand the concept of truth and what truth entails, especially
The Holy Spirit is God Himself. He is a person that we can have a personal relationship with. Also, the Holy Spirit is the one that God gave to us as a guide, to direct and teach us in living a Holy life (King James Version, John 14:16). The Holy Spirit is the voice inside of us that tells us when something is not right with the choices that we have made. The voice inside of us comes from God, who loves and cares enough to show us our error that we have made. Also, the Holy Spirit is part of the Trinity; where God transformed into three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. When a person is born again, they believe and receive Jesus Christ (John 1:12-13), God comes through people’s life through the Holy Spirit (1Cor.3:16). The
Les answers “The role of the Holy Spirit in spiritual transformation is to bear witness with our spirits that we are the sons and daughters of God. Les again scratched the surface here on the Holy Spirit’s role in our transformation. The Holy Spirit’s role is to form and transform our inner nature. He opens our eyes to the present truth of scripture. He makes us aware of God’s presence and counsels us in a way to maintain healthy habits of holiness. He is essentially our best friend that has the transforming power that no human has. His revealing power of unveiling our eyes to truth enables further transformation of our minds to be more Christ-like in
