Home Remedies for Depression Do you easily become irritated or burst with anger just on small things? Does the daily errands become taxing for you? Depression is a state in which an individual feels low energy, insomnia, feelings of guilt, ignorance and indifference and a sense of despair. Depressed people fail to maintain even normal relationships. Seasonal affective disorder (low sunlight in winters makes females depressed) is another symptom.
