Letter from Birmingham was a response to the Clergymen in Alabama with concerns on how black people were not going to wait any longer. They have been oppressed and will not be disrespected any longer. The law states that the "separate but equal" act will consider black people the same as white people, just that they will not share common grounds. King uses pathos to appeal to the Clergymen and addresses how they will be separated and looked down upon. King argues that black people have been mistreated due to the despotism of white people, they have been waiting for more than 300 years and will not wait any longer.
Many hardships and experiences Melba Beals a member of the Little Rock Nine went through relate to the cruel world that Baldwin describes in his letter. When Melba was just five she experiences segregation first hand when she attempts to ride on the carousel. Melba can see an empty horse right in front of her and is eager to get her chance on the ride, but as she tries to hand the concessionaire her money she is told "There's no space for you here." Baldwin is aware that this is how people of color are treated by racist white bigots and explains this when he writes "Wherever you have turned...you have been told where you could go and what you could do..." Baldwin is demonstrating how in this time and age whites view themselves as the greater

I hope this letter reaches you in good spirts. As stated in my previous letter that I anticipated you had time to read I expressed many concerns about Betsy DeVos. As you may know Betsy DeVos was elected as the Education Secretary. This matter is very concerning to not only students but the Education Department as a whole. I am also extremely troubled by the direction of which the county may be headed towards. I can only expect the best for students in this county being that DeVos is an advocate for charter and private schooling. My goal is for this letter to influence you take the time and look into the education and the direction of the county.
Actually, Schadenfreude “shad-en-froyd-uh” has nothing to do with hatred. Few things in life are as ubiquitous as schadenfreude. It surrounds us wherever we go. It comes from the German schaden meaning “damage” and freude meaning “joy.” Combine these two and you have a word that refers to the feeling of enjoyment that comes from seeing or hearing about the troubles of other people. Put in those terms, we all have experienced schadenfreude, and it can be sweet.

I’m writing this letter in favor of Debbie Branson becoming a substitute teacher for the East Valley School District. I have had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Branson for over seven years and have found her to be a very contentious and hard working individual. Ms. Branson has always gone above and beyond my expectations concerning any task that she might be working on.
Feeling a bit uninspired? Yeah, I know the feeling. But I also know the solution! It is five simple letters LACMA. That’s right, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art is the perfect place to conjure your creative juices. LACMA is one of the premiere museums in Southern California, offering an array of paintings and sculptures ranging from Modern Art to German expressionism. There’s nothing better than spending a luxurious Sunday perusing the amazing art within the seven different buildings LACMA has to offer. This “tour de art” as we will call it, should only be broken up with a visit to the museum’s restaurant, Pentimento, which offers brunch every Sunday from 11-3pm. I know I’ve inspired you to get inspired but, what is more inspiring is that
Hi! I am Danielle Becker. I am a transient student from Florida Gulf Coast University. I am working to achieve a degree in Legal Studies. Study habits that I believe are useful for success is to take good notes on the readings and print out notes and highlight key points. I use index cards to memorize definitions and watch videos if I am having trouble understanding an example. I currently work at a hockey arena for the Florida Everblades.
Or as I would like to refer to you, the strongest, prettiest, cutest, most amazing bag of trash I know. When I’m with you time goes past fast (like Osh eating). Which would be why I almost lost track of the days and I had to come up with a sweet but not too big gift for you. Can’t set the bar too high or else you’d start expecting too much for the following months and years (or so I hope). So, as much as everyone else might be cringing, here I go. By the way, before I do start, can I just say, you’re thiccer than a sniccer ;).
I have known Rita Devine for five years and have nothing but positive things to say. Rita and I first became acquainted when we became case managers for therapeutic foster care children at Midsouth Health Systems in 2012-2013, and from there we developed a close friendship that has lasted over the years. There is no doubt in my mind that Rita will be an excellent addition to your team.
I haven’t heard from you since I left Australia. How have you been? How are the children doing? I really miss you guys and I wish I could be back home in Randwick with you all. Have things changed in Sydney now that most of the men are off fighting? Has the war greatly affected our town? I bet you’re all curious and anxious about how I am doing, aren’t you?
