"If you fall behind, run faster. Never give up, never surrender, and rise up against all odds." That’s Jesse Jackson at one of his speeches in 1984, he went against all odds himself, overcame the risks and proved to America that color didn’t matter making him one of the most influential characters in American history. Jacksons rough childhood, bravery, and human rights activism is what I think it took to get the courage to do something as big and selfless as Jackson brought himself to do.
Are you old enough to vote? Would you vote for Michelle Obama to be president in 2020? Do you like trump as president? Trump doesn’t like imperfect girls, trump make fun of us girls & men that’s drug dealers or do other things. He is racist to most people but Michelle is very respectful & open. I claim that Michelle would be a way better president than Donald trump because she cares for the U.S. & want the best for us (my option).
Margaret Knight had helped the society today with many things. She had invented many machines. Knight once said, “Waste not the smallest thing created, for grains of sand make mountains, and atomies infinity.” This quote means that when you witnessed something bad that happened, then you shouldn’t waste the time that you have to help prevent things like that incident from happening again. Margaret Knight had noticed that time shouldn’t be wasted because you could use that time to invent things which could help save lives.

FLOTUS has a definite impact on the presidency of the United States. Presidents have their cabenit members but some times they seek advice or knowledge from an outsider. Who better to turn to than your life partner? We can see the influence the first lady has in the presidency of John Adams. His wife, Abigal Adams, often expressed her concerns over the treatment of women to her husband, who was working on a new government. She wrote her husband many times telling him to “remember the labies”. She forced her husband to recognize that the rights of women were being subdued. In short, she served as his unoffical advisor. Michelle Obama has also had a huge impact on Barack Obama’s presidency. She was a strong brillany woman who accomplishment

A brilliant woman once said, “I believe if the white and colored people could get together and be left alone, they would understand each other and consequently love each other” (Josephine Baker). Originally born Freda Josephine McDonald, Baker lived an oppressed early life as an African American girl with little to hardly any money. At the time, African Americans faced hardships due to the white supremacists that believed dark-colored people would not be of equal value to caucasians. Baker decided that she could overcome her persecution by moving to France and making herself into an idol. She was an independent and courageous woman who opened the doors for equality to many. Josephine Baker greatly impacted America due to her influence on women; therefore, leading to more women involved in education and working, her civil rights speeches that opened opportunities for equal races, as well as advocating for equality among men and women.

Many people usually spend the majority their time comparing the past and present presidents against each other. They always talk about the things the presidents have accomplished leaving behind a great legacy, but they never consider the great women behind the man. “Instead of dreaming of being a teacher or a lawyer or a business leader, they’re fantasizing about being a baller or a rapper” expressed by Michelle Obama at the Bowie State University’s graduating class of 2013. In Michelle Obama’s speech, she gives two statistics about African American students, one in three African American students will drop out of a high school, and only one in five African Americans between the ages of 25 and 29 has a college degree (Think Progress). The question is why? Michelle points out that this leads to black students not getting a good career, and failing to reach the potential of their white counterpart. Still, this brings up the notions that white students will be business leaders and lawyers, and as for
Michelle is an amazing mother. She raised four successful children. She impressed so many of her friends with her parenting she was given the honor of becoming the Godmother of seven children! She treats her godchildren just like her regular children providing them with support in everything they do. Lastly, and most importantly, she makes sure her house is a home by decorating, cleaning, and cooking for her household.
The amount of knowledge and powerful words that can actually get to one’s head is amazing. Michelle Obama was the First Lady for 8 years and stood by former President Barack Obamas side. She is a great example of what today’s kids should look up to. A woman with dedication to her word. A woman with dedication to what she believes. It is pretty easy to say that she has become an impressive public speaker who can deliver a powerful speech to her supporters. In her speech at the DNC in 2016, Michelle Obama did not fill her supporter’s heads with politics and facts, but a great use of personal experience, feelings and connections. Her love for this country and her love for her family is one thing that brought her audience together. In fact, if it wasn’t the great use of ethos, pathos and logos Michelle Obamas speech would have probably have been like any other.

I believe that the Michelle Obama and MLK helped impact the world, and so can I.
In the midst of the 2016 election, First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama gave a speech in New Hampshire regarding the candidates. Donald Trump was facing Hillary Clinton; and in support, “Michelle Obama presented a Speech On Donald Trump’s Alleged Treatment Of Women.” As stated in the title, Trump had recently made rude remarks regarding women, and Michelle Obama was using this as a learning lesson for anyone looking to vote for Trump. She made it a point to vote for Hillary by not only stating why not to vote for Trump, but also listing her many accomplishments throughout her lifetime. Michelle Obama was able to create an effective and persuasive speech by strongly stating Trump’s wrongdoings, passionately listing Clinton’s achievements, and frightening us of the possible future for our children.
