Literature has always inspired the musical world around us. One of the most notable examples being Shakespeare and his contribution to music from the 16th century to current times. Shakespeare was praised for his works and was constantly referred to in music pieces from around the world. Shakespeare became famous after his first poem and continued to become a famous playwright. Many musicians would soon swoon over his elegant thoughts on different concepts of life that he displayed in his plays. Shakespeare wrote many dramatic tragedy’s, some of the most famous being “Romeo and Juliet’ and “Hamlet”. Not only were there songs made for his plays, artist would make songs about his plays. Most of the most memorable ones being the deep,dark, and lonely ones about the cruel feeling of heartbreak and emotions. Everyone that produced music was influenced by a literary piece of a poem or play. Literature is a very strong influence on music that we’ve created and are in the future of doing so. He isn’t always reinvented by writers. Songs are a type of literature and the people who write songs are writers. I can tell you for a fact when songwriters Nicki Minaj, Polow da Don, Sir Mix-a-Lot, Jonathan Solone-Myvett, Marcos Palacios, and Ernest Clark were writing the famous song Anaconda, they were not thinking of ways they could reinvent Shakespeare. If they were, I’d listen to the song more often. Unless I’m missing something and Shakespeare wrote about a guy named Michael that used to ride motorcycles. The song Stressed Out written by Tyler Joseph also doesn’t reinvent Shakespeare. The song talks about stress and how growing older doesn’t make your fears shrink. Having a poor soundtrack defeats the purpose of creating the movie. If I were to create a Julius Caesar movie I’d start with the soundtrack.

Some authors are able to accurately place real life events and places in the right times, others not so much.

His writings mainly consisted of dramas and sonnets. Romeo and Juliet, as well as, A MIdsummer Night’s Dream were written about the same time period. He was able to inter relate everything that wrote. For example, the tale of Pyramus and Thisbe could possibly be an advertisement for Romeo and Juliet. The basic structure of the two dramas is the same; two forbidden lovers meet and swear to run away and be together, but in the end they both die by their own hand, due to their star crossed fates.

He is one of the best play writers i've ever seen. They had a lot different music than we do now because they don't have to tools we have to make some of the cool music we have. Some of their music was written by people like Sir Philip Sidney, Edmund Spenser, William Shakespeare, Ben Jonson, John Donne, and Francis Bacon. These writers are very cool because they took their time to write these pieces and have them publsihed.
