How Did St Paul Contribute To Religion

As I have stated earlier, the life of Saint Paul interested and intrigued me. The aspect of his life that mostly interested me, however, was his conversion to Christianity. Saint Paul went from being a persecutor of the Christian movement to being one of the most important people in the history of Christianity. Throughout their lives, many people who believed that Jesus was the Messiah and son of God feared for their lives as there were many powerful people such as Paul who were willing to punish them for their beliefs. He would search every synagogue possible to check if there are any followers of Jesus. If the followers are disobedient towards him, he had no trouble giving them a punishment. His death was due to being beheaded after being captured and arrested for being a follower of Jesus. Both through his life and death, Saint Paul would remain faithful to God and Jesus. He was willing to die for his cause as he had already had many accomplishments in spreading Christianity. This made him a Christian Martyr or in other words a person dies for their Christian faith. It is fascinating that not only did, Saint Paul convert to Christianity from being a prosecutor of their faith, he was also died for the cause with no regrets. In his last letter, he wrote, “If God is for us, who is against us?…Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?…No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life,…nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” This showed that he had complete faith in God and was not worried about his upcoming
