Time is seen in a particularly different light by Eastern and Western cultures, and even within these groupings assumes quite dissimilar from country to country. Calendars help remind us of certain days for those who are forgetful. However, Egyptians have created calendars based on their beliefs, Mayan paintings, and Celestial bodies.
Although there are many reasons to reflect time within cultures, peoples, beliefs have also created calendars to make life easier. The ways in which the year is defined, moreover, can vary for ethnic groups as well while the differences may not be as sharp. various ethnic groups in the United States may emphasize different dates as important t observe and celebrate. "In this manner, three days dropped every four centuries, thus avoiding major deviation from the solar year." This has made life easier because it helps us remember special dates such as events, holidays and special occasions. When we are planning occasions as part of an organization we need to take account of what days are important to us.
