Fishing can have some positive effects on the environment and the economy. First fishing helps provide food for restaurants to sell to their customers. Fish are also sold at fish markets so people have food to survive. Many places in the world rely on fishing to sustain their way of living. Without fishing, they would not be able to make a living or survive. In some countries certain fish and fish eggs are a very important delicacy to them. Fishing helps the world go round and provides jobs for many people who fish on commercial fishing boats. Fishing helps many people in the world, but still some people have their negative views on it.

There is no question that certain inventions have had a humongous impact on shaping our society today. They make our day-to-day lives uncomplicated and much more efficient. Inventions have completely changed our lifestyles, to the point where some people can't even imagine living without a telephone. With so many inventions in the world it's hard to choose which ones have had the most influence on us. But I believe the telephone, camera, and the airplane had the most impact on American life and industrialization.

The past holds several inventions that would greatly impact the future worldwide. The invention of the spinning jenny allowed clothing to be produced faster, the telephone allowed there to be communication between people be held at different locations, and the radio helped news and entertainment be broadcast to many people all at the same time. All these inventions are still used today only in more modern and updated forms. All three of these inventions sped up the pace of life and helped make life more convenient.

The evolution of technology has been drastically innovated over time, helping build empires and simplifying every day life. Society has developed a reliance on these technologies; however, this dependence is not adverse. Advances in technology have changed almost every aspect of life, making it possible for people to adapt to contemporary habits and adjust to present-day needs with technological developments such as transportation, the industrial output, communication, cinema, weaponry, and medical equipment.

In 1776, inventions and innovations mainly focused on how to replace manual labor. By far the most important was the steam engine. The steam engine replaced what men and animals used to do, like water the large farmlands and mil flour. People and goods were also able to be transported faster, farther and more efficiently. Through the 100 years, inventions continued to improve the way people worked and lived. By 1870 the US railways and waterways were put in place, increasing the efficiency of transportation. Factories were going up everywhere. The assembly line was invented during the 19th century, speeding up the factory production of goods. As the steam engine was to the 18th century, I think the invention of the telephone was of great importance to the 19th century. It forever changed the way people communicate.
