How I Met my Uncle
Do you believe in ghosts? Spirits? To me one of the ways the world is categorized is believers and non-believers. Either you believe in ghosts or you do not. Their are some gifted individuals in this world that can personally see ghosts. I happen to be one of those individuals!
Before I was born my dad had a bestfriend named Sherman. When my mom was pregnant with me, he was in a car accident. He ended up passing away do to casualties in the car accident. When the car accident happened my dad and Sherman were not communicating at that time They had gotten into an argument and had not seen or talked to each other for about a two weeks. Sherman was like a brother to my dad. When he found out that he had passed away in the

No one that they could physically see. Everything got deathly silent for a moment. Sweat beads breaking on my parents foreheads. “Where is the man, baby?” My mom nervously asked.
Looking up at my parents towering over me, I pointed at my bed. Puzzled looks came upon their faces. “Can you touch him?” asked my dad. “Of course I can daddy!” I hollered as I sprinted over to my bed. Jumping up on my bed that seemed as if it was a mountain, I acted as if I were touching someone. “Is he nice?” grunted my dad. “Yes, he is my best friend!” I spat. Knowing they could not do anything my parents got deathly silent, once again. They slowly turned around and creeped away as quickly as they could without me thinking they were acting weird.
*Three weeks later*
I remember looking at my parents and them having worried looks on their faces while glaring at me. I never knew why. I thought it was normal and that everyone could see the man in my room. But, they could not. My parents did not know whether it was a ghost or an imaginary friend. They were too afraid to ask me though. They never really talked about it after the night I told them about the man in my room.
One afternoon, my parents had a cookout at our house. I was tired from running around, playing tag with the other children. I decided to go sit down on the couch next to some friends and family that were going through my parents wedding pictures. I started to scan them as
Once my dad got home, my mom called a family meeting in my room. I had this weird look on my face because I was super confused.
After school was over, me and my friends were walking home. I asked my parents if my friends can come over and hang out in my treehouse. My parents said yes, so I told my friends that they can come over. Me and my friends were hanging out in my tree house and one of my friends went into the forest to check out the view. Me and my friends were talking and then we heard a scream, me and my friends where wondering who it was, and then I realised it was my friend.
There are many mysteries throughout everywhere. They have scared for centuries or maybe only years. Although some become legends. They spook reads. Although it's up to you to believe or call them myths, but some things cannot be explained. No scientists can explain ghosts completely, there is too much evidence and only not enough. Would you believe in ghosts after an encounter? mostly likely. If you believe or not believe something can't be proved so ill let you be the judge if its myth or mystery.
The first time I’ve met my parents was when I was five. When they approached me at the airport, I did not know who they were. When I found out that they were my parents, I did not know how to react — I was excited, but also scared. Standing in front of me were two people whom I listened to the voices of for the past five years and spoke casually with on the phone, but meeting them in person was a whole different story.
Many people ask what are ghost. A ghost is an apparition of a dead person that is believed to appear or become manifest to the living, typically as a cloud/hazy image. They are all over the world and most likely in your own home. I have had my fair share of experiences with ghost. For example I was pushed down the stairs by a ghost and or I was not being careful. I was also with by brother and we heard footsteps and laughing upstairs when nobody was home except us. My brother had heard a demon and that's why I am a firm believer of the supernatural. You never know, you may have some experiences like me.
As I jotted down the answer to my geometry homework, I felt the vibrations of the floor trembling beneath my feet from the deafening screams of my parents. I continued my work, as I go uninterrupted by the daily routine argument. One day, I didn’t hear the screaming anymore, which was one of the biggest abnormalities in this household. I slunk halfway down the stairs and stretched my neck over the banister to catch a glimpse of what had happened without getting caught. The next thing I knew my older brother was standing by my side, his curiosity piqued. My mom broke the silence by peering her head around the corner of the living room, her eyes locked onto mine. As my brother and my cover were blown, we walked gingerly to the couch and sat down. I watched my mom’s stone cold face quiver out the words, “We...are....divorcing”. My face froze as if I was in a cartoon show. I tried to
The next day when my parents returned home from work, they called me into the living room. This scared me a little, they only did this when something bad was happening. When I walked into the living room, my father was sitting in a chair and my mother was sitting on our couch. When
It was the day of Thanksgiving, we were going to my grandma and grandpa’s house. When we arrived there, the food wasn’t quite done, but the smell of the turkey, potatoes, and the rest of the food was so good. My cousins were sitting in the living room, with my uncle, watching football. I went out in the living room with them, and played on my phone, till the food was done.
I opened the door and saw my parents on the same place of the couch when I left. They were talking to each other then looked at me.
Ghosts, as with any other misunderstood group or people, have been preyed upon by others without understanding. The lack of knowledge about ghosts and haunting activity has led people astray as to what they really are. What Hollywood and television portrays is very inaccurate and cannot be relied upon as truthful. They show these spirits of the dead as being evil in nature, filled with malice and harmful intent. But that this is not the case. The field of paranormal activity is amazing. It has caught the imagination of people from every walk of life. It has always interested me and has influenced me to pick this as the topic for my research. Through this research I wish to uncover the truth about the existence of ghosts.
He was like my second dad to me. I have been alive 9 years and nothing so tragic had happened to me. Even if i would not see him perfectly fine the next day I will never forget that moment. I wondered if i will ever see him again alive. That moment my mom told me my papa was having surgery was one of the worst
Talking of haunting, what are you thinking about? Something like the movie paranormal activity? Or maybe something like The Amityville horror?? Movie or not, one thing is true, if someone mentions something about “ghosts” it definitely captures your attention. Some people say that ghosts can be divided into two categories, good and bad, just like normal human beings. But are they like us? I mean categorising them is a sane thing? I don’t know. Usually it’s believed that people who have died with some unfulfilled wishes, stay back that is to say their soul stays back with the bindations of mother nature. True or not, I am no one to judge, because i am going to present you enough madness that will question your own sanity.
Have you ever had a feeling where you feel like something is watching you? That's probably a ghost. There is no scientific evidence that ghosts are real, but there is some supernatural proof. Have you ever seen a house’s price lowered because of hauntings? There are tons of hauntings in houses that lower the price. Ghosts are also sighted everywhere all over the world. Scientists are even trying to find them!
The next day they came over and went in with me and inside was really weird and it had a bunch of alien looking things but I knew what they were because I have seen all the scary movies in the world. They were "ghosts." We made a plan and went on farther and we finally saw him 20 or so feet away.
Richard played baseball growing up and was currently pitching at the Perkinston campus at the time. He always made sure that I had a smile on my face even if he tortured me with the “stinky sock” which came fresh off of his foot. He was always there when I just simply needed somebody. He was somebody that I knew I could count on no matter what. Richard loved God, family, teammates, and friends. He was a very social person who would do anything to help somebody or just to see somebody smile. He loved to fish and to just simply be outdoors. Our last family vacation was the Christmas before the accident happened and we all went to Disney World. The time at Disney World was very magical because I felt like I was an absolute princess. One afternoon, I was just a little cheerleader who couldn’t wait to get to my neighbor’s house. He asked me to scream him a loud and happy cheer. I did what he asked, kissed him goodbye, and ran off to play with my friends. I didn’t think anything about that being the last time I saw him.
