How Is Captain America A Hero

Many heroes exists in todays world. Some are just fictional but the real ones are the ones worth mentioning. A true hero is a person who is willing to sacrifice everything for the well being of others. they're giving personalities cause them to give everything they can to help others. They are constantly in a race to fight for something beneficial to all.

Everyone wants to be a hero, but to be one you should fit certain criteria and possess specific qualities. First of all they should be a good role model and have a positive influence on others. This is important because good heroes have people who look at up to them and that are inspired by them. Terry Fox inspired people all across Canada to run/walk, the annual Terry Fox run. Second of all a hero should be determined. Having this quality allows you to stand up for what you believe and overcome any obstacle in your way. A hero who is determined won’t give up until he has succeeded. Terry Fox’s determination is what drove him to run 5,373km before his cancer spread to his lungs. What Characteristics do you think about when you describe a hero? Usually people think about selflessness, Bravery, and Confidence. A person doesn't have to have superpowers, super strength, or the ability to fly to be a hero. One Modern day hero is President Barack Obama the 44th President of America and also the first African American President. Like President Obama, Beowulf Leader of the Geat warriors he is headsmart and a strong leader. Although The two heros Live in two different time periods and only on is a warrior. Beowulf and President Obama are both Courageous.

Being a hero requires an individual to possess bravery, kindness, and selflessness. These characteristics are noble qualities people admire. Heroes achieve incredible tasks that other people cannot imagine. A hero is an individual who is courageous, would risk their life for others, caring and selfless such as Edward Byers.

As Western hero, I selected Captain America. In the modern version Captain America: The First Avenger, is an American superhero based on a Marvel Comics character and the movie was released in 2011.

What characteristics do you consider a hero to possess? Do they have to r risk their lives helping others or can they be a regular person living a typical life? I live with a hero, Robert White. I have known Robert since December 2002. He is an everyday “average Joe” hero in an extremely modest and contemporary way. He maintains some of the attributes that pertain to a hero. Throughout the history of epic literature, heroes have been an integral part of many different cultures. Some of these heroes are fierce and powerful, renowned for their skill in battle, while some others and clever and cunning, able to talk their way out of any difficult situation. These traits usually emphasize the values of the cultural from which the hero came, and depending on the culture,traits viewed as heroic may drastically differ. Although there exists a plethora of traits any one hero may have, there are three core characteristic that, in my opinion, a hero must have to be considered a hero: the courage to face hardships, the willingness to make major self-sacrifices for the benefit of others, and most importantly, the dedication to do what it takes to reach their goal.

What makes a hero a real hero? We know what a hero is we know Batman, Superman, Iron man, Captain America, Wonder Woman, and even Wolverine. We also know our everyday heroes firefighters, police officers, medical personnel, and even political leaders. We also know all of our favorite book characters. Sometimes we even think of ancient heroes, great warriors of old, but have our expectations changed since then? After all we know some of these “heroes” just for slaughtering their enemies. Do we define these people as heroes just because we’ve always known them this way. When I think of the most important characteristics that a hero can possibly have, three traits come to mind, these are charisma, courage, and selflessness. Who better to put to the test with this list than the ancient greek hero Odysseus.

Many people think Batman and Superman are heroes because of their bravery and daring personalities but they are not true and honorable heroes. True and honorable heroes have to sacrifice for others, have good intentions to their actions, and make a difference in other’s lives. Others may argue that there is more to a hero than those traits or that you only need one of the traits but you can’t be a hero without all three traits even if you have other good traits to make up for it.

To be a hero, it requires certain qualities that very few possess. One must be brave, alert, and be able to take risks. Being a hero is not an easy task, and it takes lots of dedication to be able to cope with the danger of saving someone else’s life. Firstly, being brave is the number one quality that a hero must possess within them.

“I want to be Batman.” That is a typical response from a preschooler if they are asked what they want to be when they grow up. However, heroes are not always wearing capes. They can simply be an Indian man that changed his mindset into something more inspirational. There is one thing that Superman and a policeman have in common. They are both heroes. No matter how different the fields are, they are brave, helpful, and hardworking. A hero can be someone known for courageous achievements. They are normally men, but can be women too. Heroes come in many different ways. Some characteristics of a hero are someone who has enormous courage, strength, and knowledge. They usually have a big effect on people’s life and are pretty well known. A hero is also known for helping people and not doing it out of revenge. They must have a good heart because they are putting themselves at risk for others. The people need to have trust in him because he is putting their life on the line, so they cannot be evil. A true hero isn’t perfect. They have disagreements and bad days, but the motivation to get back up and help day after day is definitely a true hero. Being a hero is tiring, because being a hero is not a one-time thing, so one cannot just do something good for a day and call themself heroes. Being a hero means loving what you do. A person who is brave enough to come out of their comfort zone and take risk, someone who never gives up even when things may seem impossible, a clever and creative mind, and to top it all with a heart that only means good; all mold together to make a hero.

“A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself” (Campbell 1). When we think of heroes most of us think of movie stars or professional athletes, but it’s not always about your popularity or talent it can also be about how you help society. What I think make a great hero is someone who is able to overcome his or her obstacles in life, is highly motivated, and has plenty of bravery.

Heroes have certain qualities that make them hero like; that is why people look up to their hero. Heroes do not always wear caps; heroes are people who are; intelligent, hardworking, passionate, brave, and above all else they put other people’s needs before their own. If a hero puts his or her needs before other people`s needs, in my opinion, they would not be considered a hero. A hero needs to be someone who has all these qualities and more. They need to do certain actions as well.
