How much longer can you stay in cold water when you are distracted?

I wanted to test how much distraction is pain relief to help people that are in

poor countries where pain relievers are difficult to find or to buy to have a pain

relievers at low cost or free.

Not only is me that thinks there are many shortages of pain relievers but also many

newspapers that are famous and reliable like the New York Times.

Also WHO that stands for World Health Organization state that 60 percent of people that die each year in the third world needs palliative which are 333 million of people care which is a care that relieves pain to people that have certain death.
