Introduction: In this part I will continue discussing TEDI’s information system and I will focus on the implementation and reviewing of the changes made to improve staff performance within the institute. A journal detailing the process and steps undertaken during implementation and monitoring • Outline all the actions required to conduct a project • Schedule and re-schedule the tasks for the ease of the implementation • Allocation the required responsibilities and accountabilities for the all the involved stakeholders • Allocate the reasonable timing and resources to implement each task • Discuss and agree on the actions to be conducted during implementation; • Define the different stakeholders internally and externally along with their roles • Define and distribute cost and material necessary to action on the project. • Plan the milestones and quality indicators to monitor and review the tasks; • Implement and monitor the project actions plan; • Provide the timely rectifications to the implemented actions.
