Keating is a deeply flawed character who is simply riveting; you can't take your eyes off of the powerful woman as she is on screen. She holds an appearance of a woman who gets what she wants, but as the show progresses, viewers see that she can fall apart, especially in matters that involve her relationship with her husband. He was barely able to get into law school, being accepted off the school's wait list, but he later proves to be a natural born leader in law and murder. He is one of the few characters who truly makes the show interesting with his funny and witty comebacks. Michaela Pratt, a smart young woman who does everything in her power to impress Keating and serves as Connor's competition. Her character makes us hate her and feel pity towards her as she crumbles and falls apart within the show. As the show moves along we see that good can turn to bad. She has a change in traits that make her boring character more interesting. Asher Millstone, another one of Annalise's law students who has been getting through life through his father's riches. His character doesn't offer much excitement to the show except a funny joke now and
There are so many ways and reasons that people can change. You can change for love, passion, or to fit in. There are many more things that can change a person. I’m taking two stories and looking if the characters changed or stayed the same.

4. Serial killers also show signs of a psychopath though this is not always the case. Psychopaths lack empathy and guilt, are egocentric and impulsive and don’t conform to social, moral, or legal norms. Psychopaths have a distinct set of rules for themselves. They appear normal and are often very charming and charismatic.
By all means of the word, Richard Strout might have been a psychopath. The aggressive and violent behavior used to kill Frank show signs that Richard might not be mentally stable. The lackadaisical tone in which Richard had lived his life after the murder of Frank shows that Richard is evil by his nature. With an evil nature, murdering somebody probably is not the hardest thing to do, and that is why Matt’s murder is much worse. Matt thought that there would be some sort of contentment after he placed Richard six feet under, but his body and spirit felt nothing. A man with high morals of family and security does not make the best of murderers. His conscience had taken a toll, leaving him alone, trapped inside his conscience. The murder of Richard
if the Criminal Justice System suppresses a killer confession on a Miranda violation, maybe the confession was given while violating an individual Amendments right. However, a killer confession for murder should not be suppressed. Our Criminal Justice seeks the truth at trial, however, disregarding the Amendments to get the confession is bad.

Imagine yourself as a teenager rotting away in a jail cell your whole life. More importantly, imagine that the reason your are there is because your were trying to protect yourself. Erik Jensen, 17, and Nathan Ybanez, 15, were sentenced to prison for life without parole. Nathan struck his mother with fireplace tongs; then he, Erik, and their friend, Brett Benson, destroyed the evidence. Brett took a plea bargain. Some say they deserve life because of their crime, but they were not in the right place of mind. Therefore, justice was not served in either case.
Name two things in your life that you consider intrinsically valuable. Name three things that are instrumentally valuable.
This case has a lot the information that we as students had learned in the class. First, learning from chapter one in the book the types of violent crimes and learning that Adam Walsh’s crime is in the category of murdered children. According to the schoolbook, in 1996 almost 2000 children were murdered. Secondly learning the chapter of child abduction and exploitation where almost 58,200 children were victims of child abduction by a non-family member, according to the NISMART-2 (Sedlak, Finklehor, Hammer, & Schultz, 2002, p. 5). Watching the film has given me the opportunity to be able to use the knowledge learned from the class and the book based on how each victim in Adam Walsh’s movie has a role in being a victim of crime. The second time Irene was faced with a tough situation, was towards the end of the novel. Irene became aware of the fact of how close Clare and her husband Brian were, and it dawned upon her that Brian and Clare were in love with each other. This realization frightened Irene, and once again she was faced with two options and again her loyalty was questioned. Should she tell Jack Clare was an African American, which would result in Jack’s anger and resentment that would surely lead to him taking Clare away, or continue on living the way she had with Clare now in the picture? Irene decides to stay with Brian, and expresses, “Nevertheless, she meant to keep him.”(Larsen,107). Somehow, even though being put in a situation where anybody would have

Two lovers lie on the crimson sand of a Californian lake as a man, clad in a strange costume, slams the door of his car with a clang. Forensic technology was awful not long ago. This allowed many heinous acts to take place, like those of Jack The Ripper, Ted Bundy, and especially the Zodiac Killer. It is clear that Richard Gaikowski was the culprit behind many of, if not all of the Zodiac attacks, specifically the murder of Cecilia Shepard and wounding of Bryan Hartnell because he physically resembles the famous composite sketch of the killer, he has shown to have shaky public relations, and he shares many other miscellaneous traits with the Zodiac Killer
