The treats were in a big light blue colored box that had the same three characters on them as the cereal box. When I got home the first thing I did was rip open the box and tear apart the wrapper covering the Rice Krispie Treat. Something was wrong the treat didn't taste the same as the party ones. They didn't have all the M&M, sprinkles, and chocolate syrup on it like the ones at the party did.The treats weren't as chewy and they just weren't satisfying me. So from that day on I knew the only way for me to enjoy the treats like I did at the party was for me to find out the recipe and make it

Little Homemakers As a little girl an Easy-Bake Oven was at the top of my Christmas list for years; finally, after years of patiently waiting, there it was underneath my Christmas tree. The epitome of Christmas gifts for little girls: an Easy-Bake Oven. Not once did I think I was gifted this by my parents because they wanted me to learn how to become a homemaker. This is not the 1950’s. America has come so far from the ideology that all women belong in the kitchen; women are successful businesswomen and leaders in the workplace today. A woman’s place is not solely in the kitchen. Women can be mothers, homemakers and professional individuals outside of the home. Today we can see that feminists would argue that the easy-bake oven conditions
appreciate their discipline towards these religious rituals. At Pesach, when Jews celebrate the Exodus from Egypt, the escape from slavery and the goodness of God for providing for them, all the family help with the preparations. The family remove all the chamez (leavened bread) from the house and make it into a game by hiding the pieces of
Cookie, Oreo Brownie Recipe. Today we will be making a delicious recipe for chocolate brownies. This is my favorite type of brownies, since it has more than just brownie batter. In this delicacy along with the brownie batter, I will be including chocolate chip cookie dough, Oreos and to top it off a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I like to call these brownies “The You’re One Step Closer to Diabetes Brownie.”

Do you want a simple way to make a delicious dessert to have with a meal or as a snack? If you have a lot of extra apples, then you have a lot of options. You can easily bake an apple pie, but something that might be better is a crockpot baked apple.
To begin making your brownies, you must gather some supplies. You will need ¼ cup of water, ⅓ cup of vegetable oil, 1 egg, a pack of brownie mix, an oven, a mixing spatula, a large bowl, oven mitts, nonstick cooking spray, an 8”x 8” baking pan, a measuring cup, a toothpick, and a knife.
On Thanksgiving and christmas me and my mom would create this and everyone would love it. People that usually do not like blueberries like Blueberry Yum Yum because it is so delicious. The bottom layer is so rich with butter, the middle layer is so sweet and rich, and the top layer has nice juicy blueberry filling.
Now that the holidays are over, I hope you will sit, relax, and have a cup of tea or coffee and some cookies. The spice cookies are a Moravian tradition in Winston-Salem. Our town was founded by the Moravians in 1735. They came here from Germany to seek religious freedom. We belong to the Moravian church so these cookies are a holiday treat for us as well. Because your family treated us so specially, I thought it was only appropriate I thank you with a little something “special” to our family as well. Think about the wonderful times your magnificent family shared together. We feel so honored to have enjoyed Thanksgiving with each of you. This is just a little thank you for such a SPECIAL holiday that meant more to our family than you’ll

Once the chocolate and paraffin wax has melted; I take the Martha Washington Balls out of the refrigerator and stick toothpicks in each one so we can easily dip them into the chocolate. Once we have dipped all of them in the chocolate we let them harden and then place them in a container so they will be fresh for Christmas Day. The next day we take them out and serve them along with other foods. This dessert is so delectable and savory, and has a specific smell of sugar and chocolatey wax. The best part, however, is not the food itself, but what the food represents. The food represents family and tradition. It also makes for memories to tell your future children, and the chance to pass on a family tradition. Nothing beats spending time with your family, and having fun while doing

It was the day of the big game, and everyone was taking treats to school. My daughter decided to make banana bread. Although my recipe contained nuts, we decided to leave them out since some students in my daughter’s class were allergic to nuts. We made three kinds of banana
