To the Coralwood staff, teachers, along with parents, friends, acquaintances, and fellow students it is both a privilege and an honour to stand before you today, during this milestone event as Valedictorian. It has been a long journey filled with both ups and downs, hills and valleys, to finally get here. I cannot continue with this speech without giving a moment of my time to thank those who have helped me along the way. First I wish to thank both the teachers and staff who painstakingly tried their hardest to teach me the materials that were covered in the courses that I took. Furthermore, I also desire to thank them for going out of their way to teach me different life lessons and answer many of my annoying questions. Additionally, I also
I have appreciated much of the process in which I have journeyed over the last few years. Many of my classes have not only taught me things, but have given me insight into myself, my children, friends and family. I have learned to apply some of the lessons learned with how I would react to issues, interpret scenarios and motivate myself.
I feel that I can excel in this school environment and that my middle school efforts have prepared me well for this program. I would like to close by thanking you for giving us students this opportunity to further our own
I am thankful for the support I received to further my education;especially
First off I would like to congratulate everyone for making it this far. I would like to thank my classmates, my friends, and my family. I especially want to thank our teachers, for always supporting and encouraging us. If it weren’t for the people who support us daily, we would not be where we are today. I would like everyone to turn to their families, and teachers to thank them for all that they have done for us.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank my peers once again. Those of you who know me know I’m an entertainer. Well, you have all served as my audience throughout these four years, and you have motivated me in doing so. Your reactions to my personality and my creativity have been indicative and invaluable. I’ve learned more from all of you than from any teacher I’ve ever had. You taught me how to socialize. You’ve enlightened me on the facets of the human condition, the roots of happiness, and the dynamics of friendship. You have given me the life, the strength to keep me moving higher,
First off, I want to say thank you to my parents for supporting me. Mom, Dad, thank you for being there with me during difficult times. You support and understand me, this gives me the strength to continue fight through the challenges in life. Without you being here today and by my side, I would have given up. Next, I want to thank the administration. You have all contributed to making this school run smoothly but also have allowed us to have a good time. I, as many others, have enjoyed the monthly walks and fundraising activities, the cultural fashion show and the fun and exciting cultural festival with the live steel bad and African drummers. These are some experiences that some students have never been exposed to. Therefore, thank you for bringing new and exciting initiatives to PS/MS124. Mrs. Babb, you are a very loving and an easy person to talk to. You have made so many positive changes to PS124, one of which is allowing us middle schoolers to have student council. I would also like to thank my teachers, for sharing their knowledge. You have taken the time to explain assignments, make class interesting, challenge us beyond our knowledge, and inspire not just me, but all of us. I want to Mr. Heaton for granting me the position of secretary for National Junior Honor Society last year. This was a great opportunity and that allowed me to play a key role in the National Junior Honor
I’ll be blunt, when you here the word “valedictorian” I'm not exactly what comes to mind. I don't get A’s on every test and let's not ignore the fact that I've only been here for a couple of months. That's why I'd like to start off this speech my telling you all how honored I am to be here for you today.
Before I start my speech I’d like to congratulate my fellow classmates on graduating. I would also like to thank everyone who came to be here for me today & who have supported me along the way. Lastly, I would like to thank my teacher Mrs. Navarro for being such a great educator, but more than that, a friend.
Valedictorians, the best in the class, can be a very crucial title that top high school students fight neck and neck for. Is this much competition and stress beneficial for students? Students who are academically inclined are already recognizable to the prestigious colleges, that are filled with academically inclined peers. A student who is not capable of taking all advanced and AP courses, even if they work twice as much as others do, throughout their entire high school career could never become valedictorian. Some students can achieve straight A’s in all AP and advanced courses, without ever cracking open a book, is it fair to name them over the kids who study every night and can barely pass? Valedictorians are just another way to recognize
I would like to begin by thanking you for speaking with me on Friday and for your support in this matter. Having individuals in administration who truly care about the experiences of the students has a distinct impact on the school as a whole and encourages an environment that nurtures both student and faculty growth and development.
I am thankful for those who brought me here today and I will never forget for what things you helped me get through. I have shared some anecdotal examples of what it means to be a leader, to have creativity, and will to push myself to develop beyond perfection. I like the aspect of learning and philosophy, I find it most interesting to share a classroom with peers who discuss history or the future. Charter school is an amazing program, I’m glad I enrolled, it can be hard for people to attend a public school and juggle five classes at a time. However, I do wish i could have wrestled with my team and my brother while the season was still
I'll begin by expressing my thanks and appreciation for you sponsorship of my studies. It helps me very much and I appreciate it very much with all my heart!
Good morning, my name is Jacqueline Heitmann and I am currently a 8th grader at St. Rose of Lima. As of tonight, we will be graduating into high school, a new step in our journey. Before I begin, I'd like to give big "Thank You" on behalf of my class to all of our faculty, staff, parents, sponsors, and everyone who was involved in our St. Rose experience. You may not have known it, but each and everyone of you has played a huge part in our daily lives, and we want you all to know that.
Thank you for always believing in me throughout my years of attending your school. Because of your extraordinary education, it has pushed me forward to continue with mine throughout my life. Knowing that I push myself, I know that I am challenging myself to be better than the best of me. You guys are God’s gift to me because everyday. You are constantly preparing me for what is ahead of me and the challenges I wait for in the real world. If it was not for you Sci Tech folks, I would not be sitting in college learning right now. Today, I am better than yesterday; knowing that I am going further with my education here at HACC. Everyday, I think to myself that I am valuable and a worthy human being. With that in mind, it pushes me father to become
