Peggy Sturmfels was adopted in the early 1990’s when she was two weeks old. Her birth parents were just teenagers and couldn’t even take care of themselves therefore they felt it would be in Peggi’s best interest if they allow her to get the best life possible with someone who could provide for her. They opted for a closed adoption because at the time no one knew she was even pregnant. Her adoptive parents John and Gabrielle Sturmfels agreed with Peggy’s birth parents and vowed not to tell her about the adoption. To her birth parent’s wishes John and Gabrielle gave Peggy the best life a child could imagine, she was their little princess and they treated her like royalty. Peggy was sent to the best schools and graduated high school as valedictorian. After graduation John and Gabrielle had a huge surprise for Peggy; they were going to allow her to attend the college of her dreams: UCLA. Peggi had dreamed to go there but her parents did not feel comfortable with her being so far away from home. Three months later Peggi had packed up and had started her first semester of college. She was doing very well and passing all her classes so she felt it was time for her to have a night to just relax and have some fun. Her friend Abby suggested that they go to one of the Frat parties close to their dorm. Peggy agreed and they went. At the party there was drugs and alcohol everywhere and Peggi didn 't feel comfortable but Abby insisted she stayed and referred to her as a “party pooper”.

Mrs. Cherry Opal had dropped the new ballet shoes off at Myronetta’s house after she had gone to bed and her parents had slipped them into her dance
Abby and Grace decided to go to their high school's football game on the last Friday in October. As seniors, Abby and Grace would be able to sit in the front of the stands and would be expected to wear school colors and cheer loudly. Abby was close friends with the quarterback of the football team, who was also Abby's neighbor. For this reason, attending the football game was important to Abby. One night her best friend showed up at their doorstep after walking four miles from her house. The family had known this girl for two years and never knew about the abuse, torture, and neglect she endured at the hands of her father and step-mother. The family gave her a place to stay while they tried to figure out what to do. The girl’s father arrived fully expecting to take his daughter home, but Steve and Trudi knew they could not let her go back to that house. Law enforcement was called, but since there was no physical proof, the girl was sent back home with her father. The abuse got worse because the girl was being “punished” for running away so she left home again, albeit this time she went to the house of someone employed at the school. The father never believed that the girl was not at Steve and Trudi’s house so he would constantly harass the family and demand to have his daughter back. The girl’s living situation was only temporary. She quickly found an abusive boyfriend and became pregnant. They moved away after graduation and the connection was lost.
But because of the embarrassments at school (“My voice was apt to come out squeaky”, “My hands became slippery with sweat”, (etc.) she was determined to not attended the Christmas dance (“Formerly I had considered falling off my bicycle and spraining my ankle and I had tried to manage this;” (etc.)). After failing multiple times she decided to go the dance, which was a dramatic change in her emotion. She wore her beautiful dress and let her friend Lonnie do her hair and make-up (“I sat in front of the mirror and Lonnie stood behind me, fixing my hair”), after finishing she became exited. After the long walk to the dance her personally takes a turn when the first dance was the most popular boy “Mason Williams”, and he blows her off (“He took his hand off my waist and dropped my arm”). Nobody wanted to dance with her; her emotion became sad and upsetting (“Please me, please me, and I locked my fingers behind my back”). Therefore she began to hide until a young lady in the washroom approached her; this introduced a different role in her because the lady was older and fun (“Mary

Donald Trump is known as an American businessman, television producer, author, and the Republican Party nominee for President of the United States in the 2016 election. This fall election is one of the most important elections in many years. It has been tough but yet a great year for Mr. Trump. Even with his ignorant speeches about making America great again, he still remains as a runner-up for this year’s election. Donald Trump should not be elected the presidency in fall of 2016 because he has no experience as a politician. It is a scary feeling to know that many people who hope for the better of this Nation could be disappointed.
