While some may say the biggest issues of a case manager are ethics and legal problems, others would suggest differently. In an article titled “Iowa Case Management: Innovative Social Casework” by James Hall he discusses three issues with regards to case management. The first issue asks to “what extent” should a case manager be willing go to for their client. 1. In your own words, describe your understanding of case management? What I understand of case management is that it helps Social Workers in helping their clients, meaning social workers take actions to manage the various aspects of cases they are working on. Case management is also a shared process of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy for decisions and services to meet an individual’s need through communication and available resources. In addition, in Case management the worker helps to empower the clients to become self-sufficient. Moreover, Case management is structure into six principles

As a student of Memphis, I think that equality should be present now than it ever was in the past. But still, to this day, our economy has not been promoted into becoming equal. With some difficulties, we accomplished our tasks. As a group, we chose an answer. That is the 500k should be divided equally by 50k each. Although my group decided to split the budget equally. I, however, think that the budget should be split in a ranking of the most important job to least important. That meaning the important job gains more money than the least important. As an individual, I would distribute the budget to 3 qualities. The reason being a job qualification, skills, and the economic system which all play a role in society.

The term ``case method ' ' has come to refer to a wide range of teaching styles and objectives that can be adopted within the use of case studies for teaching (Dooley and Skinner, 1977). It has been proposed that the case method can be used to: . gain illustration of particular points, issues or managerial principles; . provide managers with a neutral situation in which they are free to explore problems (because they are not their own); . relate theory to practice; . confront the complexities of specific situations; . develop analysis and synthesis; . develop self-analysis, attitudes, confidence, responsibility; . develop interpersonal skills, communication and listening; and . develop judgement and wisdom and enliven teaching. The method may gain the student 's intellectual and emotional involvement and assist the long-term retention of understanding and bring realism into instructional settings (Romm and Mahler, 1991; Osigweh, 1989; Smith, 1987; Christensen and Hansen, 1987; Dooley and Skinner, 1977). The case method is not without its limitations. Cases may be limited in the extent to which they present the realities of an organization. Yin (1989) comments that a case need not reflect a complete or accurate rendition of actual events; its purpose is to establish a framework for discussion among students.
