1. What would you need to do to be better than your competition? I think we need to build better relationships with our customers. With our current customers, it seems as if we are constantly just a one-time kind of business. We do not want to be that, we want the customers to return because they trust us. Not because they consistently have problems even with our help. 2. Can you identify a problem that I could do the research for you, might be able to overcome? If you are able, find a solution for the delivery of parts. I would like to know if there is a delivery option in which I do not have to sacrifice as much money for parts because it is constantly annoying that I have to deal with these expensive transportation fees. They are costing us a big portion of our operations and I would like to value it at a lower price if possible. 3. Is there anything that you’ve been struggling with lately that you can’t seem to overcome? The possibility that customers always want to bargain with us about the prices. I do not know if it is just a thing with Asian customers specifically but they always want to bargain with us. Not necessarily a big thing to overcome but I wish it was just easier to justify a price and they would be able to acknowledge that I cannot do any cheaper as I am already giving them the price that is appropriated with their repair. …show more content…

With everyone’s love and desires in the heart of this city, we cannot expand because it is necessary to locate ourselves in a spot that is enjoyable to us. Distance is a big problem for us because our families thrive on the suburban lifestyle because it caters to a frugal lifestyle that can better suit us for the future. Also, we are relatively wealthy in our perspectives because we can afford to feed our kids, house our family, and provide everything necessary for a family to live
