There is no direct definition for poverty when it comes to humans (Christopher). Poverty can come in many forms. Types of poverty include situational, generational, absolute, relative, urban, and rural poverty (Christopher). The reason poverty is a bigger problem than all other global issues is because not only does poverty impact the people who face it directly, it also impacts other areas such as education, health, child devolvement, and national economy (Christopher). This is a very critical issue because these young children are our future. If we let these children live in poverty, there is a higher chance they will drop out of school, look for work in order to support their family, or give up in life.
