Good job on your discussion post. I find the speech by Emily Esfahani Smith to be very interesting. There are too many things in life to just be focusing on being personally happy. Ladies, Gentlemen good morning to you all. I am here today to speak to you on behalf of tennis Australia and in essence the rest of the globe in terms of Tennis. My question to you is, why are women denied the chance to perform and exhibit there elite talents their ultimate mettle in 5 sets of tennis like the men’s game. Why fans are denied the pleasure of seeing this is to be questioned? Why aren’t women able to play 5 sets?

I too, like to talk a lot. all other attempts to write this have turned out to be much to long. (this is the 6th time I'm rewriting this) So I'll get straight to the point.

Philosophers have fronted different arguments about moral reasoning and behaviors that should be accepted in the society. Scholars such as Kant and Mill had different views on what should constitute moral action. While Mill was of the opinion that morals can be ascertained based on the amount of happiness it brings to the majority in the society Immanuel Kant differed with this argument by asserting that personal actions should be undertaken with an assumption that they can become universal laws (O'Neill, 2013). He, therefore, summarized these arguments in four formulations. This paper shall make a comparison of his first and final formulation stating whether the final formulation is superior to the first law. Additionally, it shall examine Jean Paul’s criticism of the ethics fronted by Kant.
