Dear Professor, I am doing my internship in with Alindus inc., Irving Tx. My supervisor is Rajani,Nadendla. You can contact her at 855-257-6387. I am working as a java developer in Alindus inc. Before assigning me in project they first trained for few days to know about their methods, application knowledge and project level knowledge. Because as a fresher to the project they trained me everything from the basics to make sure everything goes fine. In the part of my training phase they thought me about java, about the project. As a part of management I learned about team management. Because this is very useful for every team member in the project. As a part my training I learnt about email etiquette also. We should know how to write a professional email and how to communicate with them in mails. I learnt about that. Now I am good enough in that communication. This is about my training phases which undergone in my internship activity. Our project is mainly on banking activities. Introduction : The present project is Sever Integrated Banking is the easiest form of accessing one’s Bank account. The main objective of this project is to facilitate the Bank Customer to access his/her account without having needed to go to Bank or ATM. Now we can access our bank account and conduct a host of banking transactions and inquiries through Internet service. The Net Banking solution’s self-service capabilities empowers customers to manage their banking activities better. The general procedure is that the Customer has to go to near ATM/Bank in order to access his account. The main disadvantage of this system is, it is time consuming, costly and it is a tedious process to go there for every small work. The current project gives the best alternative. As it is 24 hrs available and has a maximum reach even to the places where banks are not available. Customers can make fund transfers to others, knowing all information regarding all policies and also customer can pay all bills through net only.
