Fear. Tears. Disappointment. I love Americans, yet half of the country just slapped me, and other marginalized groups on the face with the biggest, “fuck you.” This is not my America. My America knows how to love, how to be free, how to celebrate without discriminations and see beyond the labels. America is powerful because we know when we have the abilities, we would help regardless of who they are or where they came from. We have our principles, yet we are also willing to embrace and give second chances to those who may not had the luxury to have a bright start. That is my America where we are great and we are all equal. I love America, because I get to be free. I get to be myself. I get to celebrate my individuality. I finally found
The United States of America, is a nation that people have risked everything to somehow be a part of. The rights and freedoms that are we given here are often taken advantage of, because we don’t know how blessed we truly are. This nation was founded on the idea of freedom, that we as people, are given natural rights that from birth and by God we have. If I was to define what America means to me I would say perseverance, success, equality, and freedom. All of those adjectives might just seem that they are nothing except for words, but they mean something much more.
America to me is a place where others can come to live, a place of freedom for those who want a great life, where they can live knowing they will have a peaceful life. I appreciate and
On the inside, down deep, America is beautiful. America has always been known as one of the greatest countries, since it was established. For decades, it has been known as the land of the free and home of the
I like america because with everything going on in this world I feel safe. I feel like I can go outside and nothing will happen to me. I feel safe for my family to like they could leave and be safe. And the veterans fought for our safety
America has many ideas, people, and values to which it can attribute its greatness. Every single person that has ever been born in this great country has impacted the United States in countless ways. Anyone who is fortunate enough to live the life that Americans get to live, are given the chance to create, change, or continue the legacy of America.
I believe America is great and amazing for many reasons. This essay will tell you just three reasons why I love America. These reasons are, public education, freedom of religion, and women’s right to vote. All of these make America amazing and different.
America might need to be made great again but it will not be done by President Donald Trump, Washington DC or any government bureaucrat. Making America great again will not come from electing a better President or passing new laws. It will come from our homes, churches, families and clubs. It will come from where you and I are because what made America great are you and I. The American individual and what we believed.
Why do I love America? I can answer that question with one word: freedom. Freedom gives me the right to do what I do whithout fear of government intervention. Why is this possible? Veterns make this possible.
The America I believe in is made up of amazing veterans, an educational system, and freedom to make life choices. I feel very lucky to live in America.
America is, and always has been a very ambitious and prestigious country. America is known for being an accepting country to numberless amounts of people, cultures, and ideals. Even from the early years of America, it has always been seen as a tremendous, model country. We went from being the first country to have a self-run government to being an inspiring example to other countries to have similar policies. The United States has set many precedents throughout its existence. To me, being American means that I am part of a great country that gives us freedom, does not discriminate, and cares about its citizens.
America is great because we have freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and many other things. If you don’t believe just ask Uncle Sam. You can do a lot of things America. Just think all of the foreign people that come to America to live here. It’s great I think. All you got say is MERCIA! We are back to back undefeated World War Champs. We can believe in whatever we want. Women can go outside without a blood relative. We have the right to bear arms. There is about a bazillion reasons to love America.
America is a wonderful place to live, because we are free. Freedom is important, and many people in other countries do not have much freedom. I am glad I have a place like this to grow up in; where I know that I can be equal with other races and other genders. Also, I am glad I have a place like this that will respect me and I know it will be a great place to have my children grow up in.
America is a great country for many reasons, such as having freedom. Some of the freedom that we have are freedom of speech, religion, press and much more. America is a great country, because of the different ethnicity that country has. Also, theirs many opportunities to grow. An example is an education because there is no limit to such one can gain from it.
A land of safety, liberty, and pure happiness is all America standards. America provides a residency full of freedoms. It was a popular place to seek a new beginning. Many people came to the country to find something they had always longed for. They only saw America for its dream.
Living in the United States means we have the ability and responsibility to effect change for a better society. We’re a free country with many rights to our humanity. However, there are also a lot of downsides. To live as an American, we need to accept both the good and the bad about this country. We revolted against England to be what we are now, then eventually fought ourselves over the morality of being able to own slaves, and then the World Wars happened. In between, we had our Great Depression in our economy, then World War II gave us the boost we needed in our economy. Now here we are, trillions of dollars in debt that the next generations need to pay off, a so-so education system, and an oblivious society. I don’t hate this country.
