Introduction
Each student will be assigned to a team to complete the Group Project. The Group Project deliverable is an MS PowerPoint presentation slide deck that could be used to deliver a professional telecommunications presentation in commercial business setting. Each team will select one of two mini-scenarios to be the foundation for the presentation.
The completed Group Project deliverable is due by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the due date shown in the Course Schedule. See the Additional Information section of the syllabus for the penalty for late or missed assignments and projects.
The Group Project is valued at 15% of the course grade.

Grading Criteria
Individual Participation
It is very important that all team members do their fair share of the work to complete the Group Project. At the beginning of the project, each team needs to assign team members to the following roles:
Researcher
Writer
Editor
Illustrator
Other Roles as decided by the team
The work should be balanced among the team. At the conclusion of the project, each team member will rate the participation of each of the team members, including himself or herself. These ratings will be sent to the instructor via Private Messaging, using the criteria below.

Assessment at the team level considers team communications, dynamics, and ability to reach consensus as meetings. This course provides the foundation for successful project planning, organization, and implementation within the realm of information technology. The course uses real-world examples and identifies common mistakes and pitfalls in project management. Topics covered include project scoping, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and staffing, tracking and controlling, and software tools for project management.

Being involved in a group project was a challenge for me, due to the fact that we had some communication problems between our group members in the beginning. First of all, we started with a brainstorming, analysing the opportunities of companies around Hendon Central. More than this, we agreed on the same firm and started our work. Within a teamwork, there are some challenges that occur such as remaining focused on a direction, splitting equally the work and choosing a good leader. Project Requirement: As per project requirement as a team we need to select a project based on different criteria like timing of project, complexity, probability of success and enjoyment of team. We need to execute the project as per the project management methodology and prepare different documents during life cycle of the project starting from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure. One of the team member has to take leadership role of project manager and guide the team during project execution. At the end of semester we need to submit a project notebook with detailed summary of project and different documents generated during project.
