There many different effects that can come from poor hygiene. Skin can become porous and dry, hair can be greasy, and bodily odours can start to arise. Bodily odours are the build up of sweat glands under the skin which can lead to an increase in bacteria.
Poor dental care can lead to bad breath and a build up of food in between teeth which allows bacteria to form. If you don’t brush your teeth regular it will lead to Dental Diseases such as Gingivitis, where the gums become inflamed and prone to further infection which in the long run destroy teeth.
Keeping clean hand and washing them with soap regularly throughout the day can decrease the risk of spreading a number of illnesses like common cold, influenza or salmonella.
