This includes the process of identifying dyslexia as well as an account of what happened in the sessions with the child. An intervention plan then follows. Introduction Dyslexia is a serious learning disability that adversely affects their reading, spelling and writing skills. This disorder affects children and makes them to fail the attainment of the language/literacy skills of reading, spelling and writing which is commensurate with their individual intellectual abilities despite their experience in the conventional classroom. Dyslexia is a noted to be the most common learning disability in our children.
