When you look at your typical household maintenance items you may not notice that they are all owned by the same over arching company. TTI group owns nine different brands under their company. (2016) Ranging from outdoor products to floor care, TTI group has the home maintenance products covered. It all started in 1985 with a bipartisanship between Horst Pudwill and Roy Chi Chung, since then TTI has become a leader in home improvement power tools worldwide. This was achieved by the thoughtful consideration by both owners, through the implementation of several different techniques and management styles. In this paper I will describe the multiple techniques used in making TTI group the successful business it is today. One large focus of TTI is to continue its aggressive culture. The culture has since day one been to strive to advance the home goods department of the industry. In recent years, the company has hired younger aged employees; the older employees were having a hard time adjusting to the style of work and culture the younger generation bring to the company. As a solution, “The Board and senior management continuously update, develop and improve the internal control system of the Group.” (TTI Group website). By doing so TTI ensures fluidity between all employees, which increases overall work quality, output, and employee satisfaction. With this continuously changing internal system it allows TTI to stay on top on the trends and changes in the house hold power tools
