I have been a victim of identity thief/Identity fraud impersonation. As a result, numerous illegal credit cards accounts and other accounts were opened without my approval or consent. Therefore, I have enclosed a police report that list the fraudulent accounts. Please remove the fraudulent accounts from my credit report, correct my address, and I am requesting that you provide me with a corrected credit report for my record. Also, I have enclosed a copy of my Galleria Park Rent invoice, City of Warner Robins Utility statement and Georgia Department of Labor 1099-G form showing proof of my correct address. Too, I am requesting that an alert stay on my account for seven years, and I would like the security freeze on my credit report. Moreover,
Please be advised that if Allied Collection Services does not provide these documents, it is to be considered that the alleged account is neither valid nor accurate and therefore implies that there is no contractual obligation between myself and Allied Collection Services for this alleged

My Mom was actually just recently a victim of identity theft, a couple weeks ago she got a call from her bank questioning some charges that had been made in New Jersey around the same times she had made charges in Toledo, where we live. Obviously my Mom told them they were fraudulent charges because she’s never been to New Jersey so the bank put a freeze on her account. They think someone had gotten her account number by putting a magnetic strip at a gas pump she had used somewhere. It took about a week for her to get everything straightened out, she had to cancel her card as well so it took 10 days for her to get a replacement..it was a big hassle.
The Minister’s Black Veil and the Scarlet Letter, both by Nathaniel Hawthorne are very similar theme wise, because both stories deal with the main characters being scrutinized because of something they did. One theme I want to focus on is hypocrisy., because it plays a major part in both stories. For example, in Minister’s Black Veil, Mr. Hooper is shunned due to his black veil, and in the Scarlet Letter, Hester Prynne is shunned because she is an adulterer. Because of this, the townspeople disassociate themselves with both characters, and have a demeanor in which they feel like they are better than them. It’s hypocritical to think that because people are not perfect and commit sins everyday. With that being said, you shouldn’t act any different

I currently work in a nursing and Rehab Facility for Elderly People. Whether it is short term or long term I see a lot of patients file daily. I oversee all their chart filing of insurance claims, SSI, Verification Forms, ID Cards, and Any medical codes that need to match the patients Files. Reading through National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association. (2016) I was shocked to see the amount of fraud that has occurred between 2000 and 2014. When you are going to see your doctor for a physical and you get a physical Exam and this occurs, " medical identity theft victim may unexpectedly fail a physical exam for employment because a disease or condition for which he's never been diagnosed or received treatment has been unknowingly documented in his health record." That is appalling, this patient just now had his job jeopardized,

The FTC estimates that each year, over 9 million people are affected by identity theft. The problem is, effective measures are very hard to come by when dealing with identity theft because almost any security protocol can be by-passed.
