After researching, I found two studies that are similar to my experiment. One study by Sean Boyd (2007) tested to see which brand of microwave popcorn yielded the least amount of un-popped kernels. Mr. Boyd tested five brands of butter flavored microwave popcorn: Aldi, Act II, Orville Redenbacher, Jolley Time and Pop-Secret. His experiment proved his hypothesis partially wrong. Mr. Boyd hypothesized that Orville Redenbacher would be the best and Aldi's would be the worst. His experiment proved that Act II produced the least amount of un-popped kernels while Aldi's did have the most un-popped kernels on average.

With those concerns in mind as well as the current state of your business, I recommend restructuring the business into a Limited Liability Company. I will try and address each of your concerns individually and explain how I came to this conclusion.

As Mahatma Gandhi said, “No culture can live, if it attempts to be exclusive” (Mahatma). Our culture identifies who we are and how we behave in social environments and provides us with a foundation in which to live our lives and raise our families. Each individual culture has certain customs and courtesies that are important. Exposure to the cultures of others can be intimidating and can leave a person feeling confused and unsure about how they fit in (Schaefer 60). Culture shock can leave a person feeling out of place in an unfamiliar culture (Schaefer 60). Our diverse societies demand understanding and acceptance of other cultures. Each person is different from one another and so as his culture. Culture differs for each region in a country and each country in a continent. I have met most of the goals that I have assigned myself to learn more about different culture. For instance, I have learned more about Indian culture and food after meeting an Indian lady. I met her at the library one day. I approached and I started a conversation. After I introduced myself and expressed my love of Indian food and culture. Likely, she was very nice lady and our conversation lead us to compare our cultures and traditions. I noticed that she was interested to hear my conversation, and we did not interrupt each other’s sentences. By the end of the conversation, I felt my confidence boosted because I felt that I have learnt more about Indian culture.
