Proposed method has worked as follows. Firstly, Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Images are taken as input for preprocessing Positron Emission Tomography images firstly decomposed into removal of noise and enhancing the input images using Gaussian filter to sharpen the input images filtering used high or low pass region carries more automatically and spectral information. This region decomposed by applying four level discrete wavelet transform. After this authors have combine high frequency coefficient of Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Images using average method. Similarly by combining low frequency coefficients of Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Images obtained fuse results for the low activity region. To get better structural information fuzzy C means clustering used. For avoiding color distortion color patching is also done. Finally fused image is extracted and displayed with less color distortion and without losing any structural information. In this research authors have proposed a new fusion method for fusing Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Images brain images on discrete wavelet transform with less colour distortion and without losing any anatomical

Why I choose this image to work up and do analysis of. Well as a photographer it touches on a theme that I and other photographers must deal with. The idea that someone can get something for free. Just because we are photographers or even a regular artist that we are all just dying for more exposure and are willing to do whatever you want for some “good exposure”. I don’t think that most folks are all the self-severing, they are just unaware how much time and money goes into producing a good image. And suffer from this misbelief that this is just someone’s hobby and not their lively hood. Form the text of “trust me I am a professional Photographer I don’t work for free” and with the camera, lens, and SD cards in the middle. It
A series of experiments was performed on glass beads and natural clean dry sands under the objective of the current work of performing parametric studies. Therefore, new techniques and methods were utilized to predict the gradation of the natural cohesionless silica sands tested in addition to the conventional geotechnical laboratory experiments, which were carried out to predict the mechanical characteristics of such soils. Moreover, ideal laboratory simulations for the SPT were performed under several particular relative densities, loading conditions, and stress-strain controlled boundaries. Additionally, the obtained results from such series of experiments were stored in digital forms for further processing and analyses.
I am standing there, one hand around the shoulders of a friend. My other hand, clutching a diploma and a bouquet of pink and white roses. The sun is beaming down on my brunette hair making it appear light and creating a glow off the top of my head. I can see the happiness not only spread across my face in an ear to ear grin but by the way my eyes are squinting so very little. The warm light balancing out the photo reminds me of the summer time that was creeping up on us ever so slowly. Then, I was just a 12-year-old girl with a whole new chapter of her life bout to unfold. Now, I sit looking back on this day, reflecting on all that has changed since I walked out of Newport Heights Elementary School for good.
People tend to hold onto objects because it reminds them of an important past or significant people whom they received it from. There are countless items people hold onto, one of mine is a picture of me and my siblings. Although the photo is flat and meaningless to some people, in my perspective, there is an immense depth and value to to the actual object. This picture, which illustrates what appears to be me and my siblings having a good time, demonstrates the love I have for them.
My static image is of a female being silenced as she is forced into being sold whilst she questions the freedom she was promised. The words surrounding the image tell stories of typical stereotypes, sayings of victims and enlighten us on the four different types of human trafficking.
For the fast and cost effective production of patient diagnosis, various image processing techniques or software has been developed to get desired information from medical images. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is a type of leukemia which is more common in children. The term ‘Acute‘means that leukemia can progress quickly and if not treated may lead to fatal death within few months. Due to its non specific nature of the symptoms and signs of ALL leads wrong diagnosis. Even hematologist finds it difficult to classify the leukemia cells, there manual classification of blood cells is not only time consuming but also inaccurate. Therefore, early identification of leukemia yields in providing the appropriate treatment to the patient. As a solution
Imaging experiments were performed by using standard spin warp gradient echo sequence for MRI, except that each phase encoding step was preceded by an ESR saturation pulse to elicit the Overhauser enhancement. Fig.1 shows the pulse sequence started with the ramping of the B0 field to 7.53 mT for 14N labeled nitroxyl radical, followed by switching on the ESR irradiation. Then, the B0 was ramped up to 14.53 mT before the NMR pulse (617 KHz) and the associated field gradients were turned on. At the beginning or end of the cycle, a conventional (native) NMR signal intensity (with ESR OFF) was measured for computing the enhancement factors. A Hewlett-Packard PC (operating system, LINUX 5.2) was used for data acquisition. The images were reconstructed from the echoes by using standard software, and were stored in DICOM format (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine). MATLAB codes were used for the computation of DNP parameters and curve fitting. Typical scan conditions were as follows, repetition time (TR)/echo time (TE): 2000 ms/25 ms; ESR irradiation time (TESR): 50 ~ 800 ms, in steps of 50 or 100 ms; RF power, 90 W. The reproducibility of the data was confirmed with several experiments. The DNP parameters and enhancement factors were obtained from the data set with good correlation (R2
Since medical imaging process requires to have a lot of experience, the aim of this project is designing a MATLAB program that is capable of sharpening image by edge-detection, simple moving average filter, and noise reduction among other features to make it easy for the physician to do it on its own. For this particular project the usage of Kernel matrixes and other Matlab functions will be required in order to obtain the desire outcome [3]. Some of these results will be obtained by using convolution and other build-in function. In addition, this program will be user friendly for the physicians and any other clinical member.
This paper provides an analysis of various photographs based on their categories, effectiveness, and historical movements. The three concepts of analysis are important when examining photographs, as they provide a strong basis for evaluation. The analytical process begins with category placements and end with contextual and historical movement evaluations as one considers the application of time, space, and the intended message of the six photographs. Photography goes beyond the automatic recordings produced by the picturing equipment; every picture symbolizes, represents, or means something.
ABSTRACT: According to the report given by World Health Organization, by 2015 almost 20 million people will die from cardiovascular diseases (CVD). People in low- and middle-income countries who suffer from CVDs and other noncommunicable diseases have less access to effective and equitable health care services which respond to their needs. The main objective of this work is to develop a classifier for the diagnosis of abnormal Common Carotid Arteries (CCA). This paper proposes a new approach for the transform domain analysis of longitudinal B-mode ultrasound CCA images using Multiwavelets. Analysis is done using HM and GHM multiwavelets at various levels of decomposition. Multiwavelet preserves high frequency information in image and provides good energy compaction efficiency. Energy values of the coefficients of approximation, horizontal, vertical and diagonal details are calculated and plotted for different levels. Plots of energy values show high correlation with the abnormalities of CCA and offer the possibility of improved diagnosis of CVD. It is clear that the energy values can be used as an index of individual
In Image Processing mostly the initial step will be the Image acquisition and smoothing. As the input for the tool of any Image Processing technique is an image, the input image should be taken and enhanced in all the ways possible. Enhancement involves smoothing the image, grey scaling, removing the unwanted blur, differentiating the subject from background and so on. In this project, for enhancing or smoothing the image we use the median filter. The median filter is non-linear digital filtering technique where the noise reduction is the pre-processing step before going to the further processing. Because the signal is big in the case of images, we chose median filter as it can handle the larger signal and the run-time is literally less.
Every digital image mainly comprises of three components or it is made up of three colors that is RGB (Red Green and Blue) and each image is represented in a 3-dimensional which is very difficult to analysis and process. Therefore to overcome some difficulty initially each image is first converted into a gray image which is made up of white and black components of varying intensity.

Abstract---In this paper new image compression techniques are presented by using existing techniques such as Singular value decomposition, wavelet difference reduction (WDR) and Adaptive wavelet difference reduction (ASWDR). The SVD has been taken as a standard technique to hybrid with WDR and ASWDR. Firstly SVD is combined with WDR (SVD-WDR) and after that it is combined with its advance version that is ASWDR (SVD-ASWDR) in order to achieve better image quality and higher compression rate. These two techniques are implemented or tested on several images and results are compared in terms of PSNR, MSE and CR.
