The Importance of Marketing in Organizations Marketing has become one of the most critical increasing forces which drive today’s companies. With marketing a company has power to carefully plan and implement the strategies to make a company successful. I view marketing as everything a company or a person would do to advance the company or business. Take for example, the company that I work for, Coral Shores Realty, started with the broker Ronald Cika. He was bankrupt after his first attempt of starting up a company. After reviewing his mistakes, Ronald decided to create a marketing plan that will enable him to see and understand what his customers, agents and employees needs and expects. He then started to research his competitors by looking at how he can beat or meet their challenges. Ronald did just that and today Coral Shores Realty is the fourth largest real estate company having over 950 agents state wide. Most companies believe that they can just succeed because they know want to do. It takes dedication, effective planning and an understanding of how the marketplace operates for a company to succeed and to keep on growing. A business needs to have a marketing plan that the company follows diligently. The business should have a plan that will tell whether; • The product or service the company offer is always in demand. • The competitors offer the same product or service • Is the company capable of developing a demand for the product or service that the company provides • Is the company able to compete effectively when it comes to quality, cost and delivery If the company can examine its program and can

In 2012 Ala Wahib posed for what he thought would be an ordinary picture however the image became extraordinary due to its inclusion in an article titled “An officer and a Muslim Zionist”. It is important that at first glance it is not clear that the officer is a Muslim because it counters a stereotype that all Muslims look alike or that Muslims are at war with Jews. In the article Wahib is asked about how he feels about being the highest ranking Muslim officer in the Israeli army and a Zionist. The illustration of a Muslim soldier in the IDF is a great example of how images can have varying interpretations based on ones perspective.
When customers seek for a specific product or service, they obviously want the company to be responsible and well organized. A customer wants to be able to trust the company in which the company delivers everything correctly and the way the costumer wants. When all the customer wants and needs are met, the customer will be to determine which company fits best.
A business must be highly competitive in the business markets today. For a business to grow successfully, remain sustainable, and competitive a business needs a good understanding of a marketing plan, and the knowhow to put the concepts to work for the business achieving a successful marketing strategy. Remaining successful when an economic growth has leveled out shows a sustainable business. Competitors that follow the same marketing concepts will need to develop a good marketing plan, and implement the concepts into a marketing strategy to remain a competitive business.
