To be a good and efficient engineer in the field, he should be well aware of the practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge. He must also be conscious of the industrial environment and must know about managerial aspects so that he can take good decisions. I am very grateful that I got an opportunity to do training in BHEL Haridwar which is one of the “Maha ratnas “. I extend my special thanks to Mr. Rajendra kumar for providing his able guidance and deep knowledge of the practical aspects of industrial work culture.
